Only one counter person and took 5 min per customer. Eventually a second counter person came and provided a QRC to make check in faster (don’t know why the first attendant do this) Finally got to the front and the online check in that I just completed was not in their system. I even called the Dollar support line to make sure the vehicle was ready for me. The support representative confirmed the vehicle was ready to be picked up, but the representative at the airport said there were no vehicles available. This was a very frustrating experience. I took an Uber all the way to the airport just to pick up the rental car, and then it wasn't available.Reviewed 7 May 2023
