Pros:Staff were fine, drop off easyCons:We did not get the car we asked for--the alternative was too small for our needs. And, I felt ripped off by all the extra fees, etc. Based on the "advertised" Kayak price, we should have paid much less buying making an advance deposit. The fees drove up the total significantly. Pros:The process was pretty smooth and quick.Cons:They didn’t have the type of car we reserved (suv) and gave us a 4 door chevy. It fit us fine but wasn’t the size we’d reserved. Also, the car had a big dent and scratch along the back side which looked a little crappy driving it around Palm Springs.Reviewed 6 Jan. 2021

Cons:Counter agent in Palm Springs could have honored the original terms in the reservation from the beginning. The first contract he generated had the price at almost $900, the reservation price was about $398.00. It was corrected when I pointed it out to the guy.Reviewed 1 Jan. 2020
