I asked to cancel 2 minutes after booking and fought with Kayak and Hertz about that, to no avail. The non-refundable car reservation is new to me, and should be made more obvious. I will not be using Kayak again. This inflexibility was not appreciated.Reviewed 27 Mar. 2022

Pick up was good for us but we got lucky. When we visited the airport 2 others times, pickup was insane (i.e. at least 1.5 hour lineup.) Drop-off was fantastic. Very friendly and super fast.Reviewed 6 Mar. 2022

Booking through kayak was very easy. Making any changes online before the actual rental date was basically impossible. When we got to the airport all was good and our changes were made right their. Our Hertz rep was really friendly and offered us several options and explained everything. She was a true people person and was great to deal with! My wife is staying on and the rep made the required changes to the booking. My wife hopes the return will be just as easy!!Reviewed 6 Mar. 2022
