I chose pick up at the terminal within the airport. My reservation was for an offsite Hertz. I had to take a $50 taxi to pick it up. The car smelled like smoke.2.0 Poor

No the car I rented was not available and I had to go to another site (back to the airport) to get my reserved car. The staff was not helpful. They were rude and incompetent. When I asked to return the car to the airport (where I had to do the transfer) Hertz staff said it would make my new rental price of $3000.00. How does that make any sense???? My original rental price was $315.00Cons:
They could have just let me drop off the rental at the airport for no charge since I was originally inconvenienced by them.........the customer service is very poor.Enterprise Rent-A-Car
