Cons:Had to make a change to reservation. Removed 1 day from reservation and enterprise jacked up the price over $100 for 3 less days. Terrible company. I will never use enterprise again. Canceled reservation. I was told that a price increase was because of increased demand. They are liars. They don't care about their customers only care about ripping them off.Reviewed 19 Jul. 2020

Pros:Helpful and friendly staff. Kelly kept in touch with me the week before and up to my reservation date. The checkout was quick and easy. The drop-off was after hour and was just as simple. I will continue to use Enterprise as my rental company.Cons:Honestly, everything went better than I thought it would. Don't deliver on promiseCons:I made a reservation through Kayak for a rental from Enterprise. Half hour later when I went to get the rental, the agency had no vehicles. In fact no enterprise in town had any rental cars available. Why make a reservation if you don't know what was available in an area. We had a last minute car trouble and needed the rental very bad. Pros:The only reason I used this location was because it was much cheaper than the airport location.Cons:I didn't like the fact that they did not have the premium pickup truck that rented over a month prior. Their excuse was that they can't possibly have all the cars that people reserve on site because they would run out of business. I don't buy that; it is seems like a cop out excuse when they have overbooked their inventory.Reviewed 2 Feb. 2017
