Pros:That I could, and did, cancel this rental weeks ago.Cons:Hopefully you didn't charge me for this when I cancelled it.Reviewed 10 Jun. 2020

Mugged!Pros:Car was fine. Drop-off guys as friendly and helpful,Cons:I booked on Kayak and was entirely guided by price. However, when I got to the desk I was informed that I could not drive out for the price quoted as , for the first time ever for me, CDW was not included in the price. When I challenged the guy at the desk he was not able to tell me if, for what I WAS paying for, I could legally drive the car and appeared to me to be getting irritated at the, I thought, legitimate questions I was asking. In the end I was saddled with almost double what I though ti was going to have to pay. If I'd known that in advance I would have rented elsewhere.Reviewed 24 Jul. 2017

Insurance could be improvedPros:The car and service was excellent. A bit more attention to the cleanliness of the outside back of the car needed but not a major.Cons:Insurance. There was not stress free insurance . There was an excess even though premium insurance was paid for. Would not use again because of this. Sad because everything else was perfect.Reviewed 13 Dec. 2018

Won't recommend kiyakPros:The cars were 2 skoda octavias good to drive and economical.Cons:We booked for Dublin airport, yet ended up 15 mins drive away which cost us another €80. Very disappointed and annoyed, there was no transport laid on, and the enterprise office we're not interested in our complaint because we booked through kayak. Regards Mr m duffyReviewed 30 Mar. 2016

Car sizes very mis-leadingPros:They did get us a van we could make work and were very nice about it. The people that work there were very nice just don't believe the car sizes on the site.Cons:Orders the largest passenger van they had for a two day trip across Ireland. A 7 person 5 luggage van figured that would be big enough for 6 adults and a few overnight bags. What they had for us looked like a Mini Cooper van. Yes it would hold 7 if we were a family of leprechauns with no luggage. There was no leg room in the back for 2 people much less 4 adults. If we would have had 5 pieces of full size luggage you would only have room for the front 2 passengers. The people at Enterprise did get us something larger and was able to make work but we had to loose the automatic transmission and get a manual 6 speed transmission. Something I didn't want to deal with as well as driving on the left side of the road in a foreign country and I haven't driven a stick shift in 20 plus years and the shift is on the left instead of the right which I'm use too.Reviewed 8 Jul. 2017

Pros:Staff very nice and accommodatingCons:Pick up point was quite far with bad connection with public transport (had to take a taxi) but still kinda easy to find. Probably why prices were quite competitive, otherwise it was great!Reviewed 22 Aug. 2017

Pros:The people were friendly.Cons:The operation was very slow, it took us about 20 minutes after signing everything to get our car... and I didn't receive the car I had rented. I rented a "compact" car and got a Skoda Octavia, which was very nice and clean, but larger than I wanted. I asked about the "compact" car I rented and I was told, "This is the only automatic car we have"... so basically I was forced to take it or take another 30 Euro cab to another Enterprise location after hoping I could find one with an automatic. I was offered no compensation for the change and on top of all of it, I returned to town a day early, and when I returned the car to the airport location (12 miles) away, I was charged an additional 44 Euros!Reviewed 16 Jun. 2016

Staff Very Customer Service OrientedPros:The staff was responsive to my needs and very helpful. Make sure you consider insurance and GPS needs prior to arriving. You should get both if you don't have adequate coverage from your personal insurance company...or have a GPS option. Also, do not get a manual shift. It's challenging enough to drive with an automatic. It is preferred to get a diesel vehicle as 70% of the cars in Ireland are diesel. The roads are narrow...get a "small" car!! Over all it was a positive experience and I will use Enterprise again when in Dublin.Cons:Transfer from the airport to the car lot is confusing. Make sure to clarify how to get transported to the car lot.Reviewed 16 Oct. 2016
