They made the drop off really easy. It was after hours. I took it to I municipal parking lot, dropped off the car, walked two blocks, dropped off the keys in the mailbox, easy Peezy!! They were very helpful on the phone and answered all of my questionsReviewed 28 Jul. 2022

Very easy, quick collect, when returned shuttle bus was there already to take us to Dublin Airport. The car was great easy to drive, clean, comfortable. Will definately hire again with this company.Reviewed 6 Feb. 2022

Cons:I used my credit card’s insurance guarantee, but nowhere in the reservation did it say that to do do ALSO required a letter from my credit card company stating (1) that they cover the Republic of Ireland, (2) they will cover the lace loss if totaled, and (3) the last 4 numbers of my cc account. So at the Europcar desk I had to make that phone call, wade through a few phone trees, then talk to a couple of humans. I did get the letter (great service by my cc bank!) but I was lucky - that approval process may take up to 24 hours. The Europcar desk agent said this happens “quite a bit” with the brokers because you don’t provide the information about what each rental car company requires to use the cc insurance waiver benefits. I suggest adding a link to your process that will take your to the specific rental car company page for their CDW. I did use the link provided for my rental but it did not say I would have to get the letter etc.Reviewed 26 Oct. 2019

Pros:The lines were really long with people complaining and not moving. The Payless personnel were in the same space as Budget and Avis and it was hard to tell the difference in who was working what. Eventually all personnel worked on the same long Payless line. Then the price of our car quadrupled.Reviewed 18 Aug. 2019

Cons:The only thing that would be better is to have a map available in the car that shows more detail. The one we received wasn’t useful. Our cell phones drop service overseas so getting to our hotel and a phone sales location was difficult. Really not their responsibility, but nice nevertheless.Reviewed 11 Jun. 2019

Pros:NothingCons:Was told my total at booking was $120. After all the required ad ons and fees at pick up I paid over $500. Absolutely absurd and when I need a car for a week there’s nothing that can be done about it. Will never book with budget or Payless or this site again.Reviewed 25 Mar. 2019
