Customer service was good. Was told if I brought it back a couple hours past due I'd be charged 30 bucks an hour. I was charged for another whole day. Wasn't sure what the problem was.Reviewed 28 Sep. 2023

Niagara Toronto tripPros:I liked how pleasant the staff was in niagara when we picked up the car. I liked the car we had.Cons:The drop off in Toronto was horrible. We had to keep driving around the block in downtown until we spied a teeny tiny sign that said enterprise. Once in the parking ramp it was really confusing where to go to drop off the car. I am still concerned that I am going to check my credit card statement and find a charge for the parking ramp. Horrible drop off experience.Reviewed 26 Sep. 2017

They should validate...Pros:...which airport to return the car to. I returned the car to the wrong airport, dropped keys into after hours parking lot safe.... Walked into airport & realized I was in wrong airport. Then spent $62on a taxi plus 20% tip to drive from Niagra International to Buffalo airport.Reviewed 4 Jan. 2017
