As per my past experiences with other car rental providers, the level of service including detailed product knowledge with minimum time consumed was outstanding and all this was because of the representative "Sasha". They called an hour before my pickup to say my reserved car wasn’t available. They suggested that I come back the next day and wait outside before they opened to get a car. Not sure why I bothered making a reservation if they are strictly first come first serve. I am extremely empathetic given Covid limitations but I would have appreciated a little more transparency.Reviewed 19 Apr. 2022

Pros:They was not friendly there was no consideration for the lack of understanding for how they work.Cons:Information on how there car service rental work. Pros:Clerk was helpful until I noticed a mistake in the booking and then she said she had no way to correct it.Cons:I had booked a one way car rental for La Guardia with a Drop off at Logan airport. When I called to ask if I could pick up the car a day earlier the customer service rep, said "yes" and also that I would save $25 . When I got there the clerk told me that the reservation said I was returning it to LaGuardia. I said that wasn't what I had told the clerk and she refused to honor the lower rate and if that wasn't enough she would't even give me the original price but said now I'd have to pay $80 more than my original reservation. I walked out and got another car from Thrifty. They made the mistake and they should have honored the price quoted. At least the original price, so I. don't think I will book with Enterprise again.Reviewed 12 Feb. 2021

Pros:Domy was AMAZING. Well, the whole check in / check out experience was super easy and the staff that checked me in was great - but DOMY went beyond the call of duty, which I cannot say enough Thank Yous for doing what you did!!! Without going into detail, he turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a very calming one... Pros:I was upgraded with no hassle and no extra *final cost to a luxury SUV due to there being limited sedans available. The agent was helpful and efficient.Cons:The line to pick up was extensive and it took 45 minutes to be seen for my scheduled appointment. Also, the additional hold of $1,000 on my credit card due to being upgraded to an SUV was surprising. Since it was due to lack of inventory vs. client request I believe the additional hold fee should have been either waived or articulated earlier in the conversation by the agent.Reviewed 16 Sep. 2020

Pros:They didn't have the car. I booked 8 passangers they gave me 7 passangers. I had no choice, the person who help me, was like you want to take it or not, didn't care about customer situation. Waste money for nothing. I can recomend budget or avis but NOT Enterprice.Cons:If I booked 8 passanger car, I should get 8 passanger car not 7 passanger.Reviewed 4 Sep. 2020
