Somehow, when shopping rental cars, your website thought I had chosen an Enterprise rental. I started getting confirmation emails for cars I did not select to rent! Had to stop what I was doing and phone Enterprise to cancel. I did not see anywhere on their confirmation emails to cancel! Now I am getting solication emails from Enterprise and survey emails from Kayak. Very annoying.Reviewed 1 Jan. 2023

Bree is the new manager at the Roswell Enterprise location on Aloharetta Hwy. She called to ck on my rental experience and to make sure I’d had “no issues, whatsoever” w/my rental. Best thing? My refund for the damage deposit — required now by ALLLLL rental car companies — was returned to me w/in 72 hrs. of successfully returning my undamaged, filled-w/gas rental car! #DelightedReviewed 10 Oct. 2022

A trip of unexpected expenseCons:I spoke with 5 different people over the phone, 5 different timea, before i actually showed up for the rental. I wound up with a Much different car that was smaller than we expected. And i was forced to pay $250 versus the $61 that was agreed upon online. No where online did i see anything about $250 deposit, nor was i told by any of the 5 people i confirmed with that there was such a charge! And when i complained to the manager i was told "well you never spoke with someone here! You must have spoke with the call center people" as if that made it betterReviewed 29 Jan. 2017

A lot more than I expectedPros:The car was a newer model and was very clean.Cons:I went to pick up at the appointed time but i waited a lot for the guy to bring me my car so I ended up leaving 30 min later. When I reserved on the website, the price for 3 day rental was $180. I go to their office and they say their basic coverage plan will be +$80 and is highly recommended as with out that I could be covering up to $1,000(worst case, I'm sure). When I got the invoice, it had additional fees and taxes for a total of $280. I wish they would just tell me the cost upfront and not be so roundabout with it.Reviewed 2 Jan. 2017

Nice car, not customer service.Pros:The car was in good shape, got great gas mileage and was comfortable to drive.Cons:The Enterprise representative attempted to scare me into insurance and all the extras, to the point that I was anxious about driving the car out of the lot. There are ways to sell insurance without making the buyer apprehensive about the purchase.Reviewed 2 Dec. 2016
