They did not have the car I reserved when I checked in. My option was upgrade and 2x my cost or sit and wait for an unknown amount of time and hope the car I reserved comes in. So I upgraded, to a smaller car, paid more for one I didn't want, because I had to.Reviewed 8 Oct 2024
