I had scheduled a pick up for 10:00 a.m. unfortunately there was no cars available for me wait until noon and then when I went to go check out the gentleman at the counters would not try to help me with the $84 difference. Unfortunately my credit card company would not extend a higher approval rate so I left the store and I went to Enterprise and we was right in and ride out in about 20 minutes. I've been doing business with y'all for years and my experience with that hurts in general it was very very poor and I do not think I will use that service again.Reviewed 11 Apr. 2024

Pros:Original price quoted was great.Cons:They closed down many locations, including the one where I reserved the car. They wanted me to drive to a location one hour away to pick up the car, then said they would not honor the price I was quoted because the location changed (which they changed).Reviewed 30 Jun. 2020

Pros:The staff was the most unhelpful, rude group of people I've ever dealt with.Cons:I'd paid for my rental up front and they gave away my car then showed no interest in assisting me with getting a replacement that held the number of passengers I needed. I went to Twitter and their customer service was unhelpful too. They said to just deal with the local office which had closed for the night and I was supposed to start my drive at 5a. Worst rental car experience ever. Went through a different company in the end and had to drive an hour away to pick up the car, pay to park our regular vehicle at the airport instead of in our driveway, etc... Quick and Easy Pickup and Drop OffPros:Pretty painless process and the weekly rate was very reasonable. I rented a Kia Optima for me and my 4 sisters. It is very roomy and has a large trunk that easily accommodated our 5 bags.Reviewed 23 Sep. 2017

Pros:When I arrived there was a note on the door that the attendant would be back in 5 minutes. I waited 25 minutes for a rude attendant to open the office back up. He then told me he had no vehicle for me. He was rude and unhelpful.Reviewed 13 May 2017
