This Hertz location is understaffed. There is one person that has to clean the vehicles, greet incoming customers, answer the phone (constantly) and greet customers dropping off cars. The location is a mess (literally) and the poor employee is running their butt off to try to do everything. I waited along with three others for over 30 minutes to drop off a vehicle because there was nobody at the desk. The vehicle was very dirty inside and out. Come on Hertz! Staff and organize your locations so your customers can have a good experience and want to come back.Reviewed 26 Jul. 2022

What did I like? Nothing. Never got the car. Showed up at the pickup location within business hours and they were closed early. Called their number and no one answered. Eventually had to go to a competitor who was actually available and had cars to rent. I tried calling Hertz a few times in the days I was supposed to have a rental with them, and no one ever answered. We are now past the point at which I should have returned the car I never got, and not once did I hear back from Hertz. Extremely glad it was a pay upon arrival deal. I'm not exactly a businessman, but it seems hard to run a business when you aren't providing a service or being paid for the service you aren't providing. A+ stuff, Hertz.Reviewed 11 May 2022

My rental was confirmed via Priceline. When I showed up at hertz to get my rental, I was informed there were no cars available. I had to scramble to make other plans last minute. Very disappointing situation.Reviewed 23 Apr. 2022

The car wasn't quite ready when we picked it up...so it had not been through a car wash. It was cleaned inside. There was a mixup with another name (not mine) on the contract, but my credit card was used and the checkin went ok without problems.Reviewed 3 Aug. 2021

Employees arguing in front of me at pick up during an already stressful time. One employee saying one thing and the other employee contradicts the first. Takes 2 hours to finally get vehicle. During drop off ZERO EMPLOYEES AT OFFICE Reno Vassar Hertz. Waited for 15 minutes before I had to leave to catch my flight, had to use the after hours drop box.Reviewed 22 Jul. 2021

Amazing Experience!Pros:I was able to upgrade my compact car to a Camaro Convertable for a small cost. It was an amazing experience! It drove smooth, great on gas and was very clean.
