Pros:There was no staff when we arrived. We were never able to rent a car and were stranded at the airport.Cons:Everything. When we called an explained we were stranded at the airport and there were no employees to help us. They basically said to wait until the next day when the reopen to get a car. I explained we had no transportation to spend a night in a local hotel. They offered no other options. Absolute disaster. Now i know why HERTZ has filed bankruptcy.Reviewed 9 Aug. 2020

Pros:The rental car was not ready for pick up at our reservation time and we were told to wait for several hours after in order for someone else to drop off their car.Cons:The employees offered no solution and could not rectify the situation at all. We just had to deal with it.Reviewed 7 Jul. 2020
