Terrible! The location of pick up changed so I had wasted 2 hours finding a ride to pick up car and spending $38 to get to that location. It was a horrible pick up at that location as they would not release my car as I did not have the original credit card I reserved it with. More time wasted. The staff was friendly, but this location only rents to in-state drivers. I was required to post a $500 deposit in order to rent. For several days before the rental I called every day in order to even get the rental ok’d by the manager.Reviewed 2 Oct. 2023

Their kiosk was broken for self check so I had to commute quite far to another location for car, pay for bus tickets with no compensation. Then, when I there to drop off the car, the staff was incredibly rude. I simply asked to use the restroom that was for employees only and they said absolutely not, that I could walk to the nearest gas station 1 mile away.Reviewed 2 Oct. 2023
