A clearer and more defined outline of the fees associated with the car rental. There was no attempt to explain or go over the gold rewards membership which could have saved us money as well. Every single person that witnessed coming in for pickup or drop off had some exorbitant amount of money tacked onto a price that was given in the beginning. With all that confusion you would think they would take some time to explain but their response every time, including when we had questions, was "do you want the car or not?" They had no patience and had no remorse and could not explain where all this verbiage was contractually for us to reference anywhere. I will use Turo any chance I can from here on out.Reviewed 16 Dec. 2023

Pros:ABSOLUTELY NOTHINGCons:Did not get comparable car.... over priced... despicable customer service... inaccurate hours... primary vs secondary driver not clearly defined for payment options or extra fees.
