I called several times to arrange an airport drop off (unbeknownst to me booking was for a remote location drop-off) but was told it was not possible. Upon bringing car back to remote location (cutting into vacation time) I was told it would be better to return it to the airport which I ended up doing the following day. Get it together!!! We were given a free upgrade to an EV. Unfortunately, there were several EV related charges added to my bill. Very difficult to contact Hertz. They only want online messages sent. I did that on Monday and have not heard back yet, while the amount was, of course, already charged to my credit card.Reviewed 19 Sep 2024

the young lady was at hertz seems very unprofessional. she did not mentioned that how to drop off car keys or she did not mentioned that how much money they will charge on my credit card. they did not give any explanation. she just hand over the keys to me and get my signature. even when i asked her question she answer that question falsefully. the another co worker interrupted her and corrected answer. worse experience everReviewed 19 Aug 2024
