Pros: Great hotel, great location for convention center, you can be in your room in a few minutes - so great for business. Harbour view rooms are also good to stay. Furthermore, interestingly ALL of the personnels are very friendly and quite helpful! Which is not so common in these days... The truth is during reservation I had some problems but Mr. Max Wong immediately solved them. He approached a solution oriented behavior which is focused on customer satisfaction and that behaviour made me forget all the negative things. So I can easily recommend this hotel.

Pros: Upon check-in, the staff was very knowledgeable about the rooms, and ended up offering us one of the best rooms in the building, as it had a balcony. Worth every penny. We also asked for staff assistance on multiple occasions, whether for cold medication or room service, and staff always arrived quickly with a smile.

Pros: The Chateau Montfort is a charming, warm boutique hotel in a great location in Milan. The design is whimsical, romantic, and elegant. The lobby area is good for tea, a cocktail, or a small business meeting. The restaurant breakfast buffet consists of quality ingredients, albeit at a price to match. The rooms are a good size, the bed extremely comfortable, and the wardrobe large enough to fit a weeks worth of clothes. The TV had the most of channels of any hotel TV anywhere. There were a variety of languages in the 150 channels so you can keep up with the news at home regardless of where home is. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke very good English.

Pros: My wife and I stayed at the Burlington Hotel for a week recently while in HK looking for an apartment. The hotel is in a great location near Wanchai station. The rooms were small but very clean and modern, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The room even comes with a complimentary mobile phone that is very handy and includes free calls to several countries. Would definitely stay there again.

Pros: My wife and I stayed at the Burlington Hotel for a week recently while in HK looking for an apartment. The hotel is in a great location near Wanchai station. The rooms were small but very clean and modern, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Landmark Shopping Area and Hong Kong Zoo and Botanical Gardens are also within 2 mi (3 km). Hong Kong Wan Chai Station is only a 3-minute walk and Hong Kong Admiralty Station is 10 minutes.

Cons: The room was not cleaned well. Please ensure that this is done prior to guests checking in. As I was only there for 2 nights I didn’t complain but it was far below my expectations for cleanliness. The bathrooms need to be scrubbed down with bleach between guests. The windows are nice and large but surely aren’t regularly cleaned.

Every time we went out to explore, we’d come back to the beds being remade, fresh towels, slippers and even bottles of water (trust me you’d need them in that kind of heat). Anyway, it seems like the whole building has problems with the air-condition, if you want to have it below 26 degree it's not possible during hot season. The new room was a bit better, but still too hot. Don't stay at this place if you like it cold. The cleanness of the room wasn't good after I moved the bed a bit. A lot of waste on the carpet. The lift waiting time is far too long, especially during peak time. The reception on the 3 floor keeps the lift busy I guess. The rooms a very small. You can't close the bathroom curtain completely down, therefore your room mate will see you while you sitting at the toilet. This is a no go

Our friends ended up doing our washing through their room so we could get it cheaper. Maybe cheaper laundry facilities where guests can do their own washing like a laundromat. Cons: Somewhat far from things in HK. They need to work on their English. Getting the room defeathered was a nightmare.

Pros: Well for a start of breakfast, English breakfast advertised, bacon only on one day, other than that breakfast was fine.
Cons: Room was a disappointment, looked bigger on the advertisement. just a standard room redecorated, not big enough for a weeks stay. Wardrobe was only a metre wide, no long hanging space. No rail on the bath, too hard for 70 plus year olds to get into and out of the shower over the bath, and no it was not the cheapest room we could find.

Cons: Bed was very hard. Had a handicapped room and couldn't open the windows or see out the frosted windows. The bathroom was hardly handicapped aceessible due to the toilet being in front of the sink and the shower having a high lip around it. Breakfast was uneventful, cold pancakes that you had to put in the toaster to warm up.

Pros: I love that they give us a cellphone with WIFI HOTSPOT to take with us, so we didn't need to buy a sim card, it also had minutes to call in HK, it was really helpfull. We arrived earlier and they give us the room before the time, that was nice too.

Pros: Friendly & highly accommodating staff. We were allowed a late check out which really helped given the time if our flight. The staff provided great support with transport routes due to the HK protests. The little kids snack packs & teddies are a sweet add on for the little ones.

Pros: The property is within walking distance of Wan Chai and the MTR which was fantastic. After we seen how small our first room was we asked to pay for a larger room which cost a further €100 but we were put on a high floor with a stunning view of Hong Kong city. The breakfast buffet was fantastic also and you could have fresh eggs made for you each morning which was great. The hotel manager Kelvin was lovely. He gave me great tips for my following trip in Japan.

Cons: The size of the room. It was extremely tiny. I stayed with a friend so we asked for a room with 2 beds, but it was like 1 because they were together, we couldn't separate them because of the size of the room, they didn't fit apart.

Cons: The room sizes are tiny! Even after paying to upgrade the room was still relatively small compared to other hotels. The biggest downfall of our stay here was the room next door being renovated!! The first morning they began drilling and sawing at 9 am and when we advised the management of this they said it would only be for an hour. This went on for three. It was the same the next day, and the next day.... on three occasions we spoke to management to at this point complain of our frustration that we were told an hour the first day and we had paid an extra €100 for a better room to be woken the majority of our stay at 8 am each morning with drilling and banging. It was that loud It could have been in our own room! I was told it was emergency upgrades needed in the room and all we received was an apology. It great at all and this was the big let down of an otherwise fantastic trip to Hong Kong and nice hotel.

Cons: Quite a walk to the center, or at least to Wan Chai. Even so, it's right next to a bus stop and they have scheduled shuttle service (haven't used this shuttle though). Wish the rooms could be more spacious. There's little room to walk around.

Cons: The room was completely different from what we saw online. In the booking it was written that the room has a city view. In fact, the windows are not see-through. We later found out that there is a graveyard on that side. The room is super old and small, but at least it is clean. We expected something more as the room was expensive.
