Pros: The rooms are a good size for Hong Kong. The elevators to take a while so whenever along for travel with Uber or a cab plan on 15 minutes extra time. During the holidays this can be much more. The lounge experience with the exception of the staff there is exceptional they go above and beyond.
Cons: Halls and common areas were over fragranced. Housekeeping staff were meticulous however kept partially use glasses thinking we were going to reuse them. For example I would have a glass of wine However was unable to finish the left 25% of the glass house keeping with think that I would keep the glass and drink it the next day. This was a little frustrating the dessert was the same way. The halls are very fragranced

Booked for my girlfriends birthday and the service was generally very bad and slow. The check in process took over an hour. We went up to the buffet lunch at The Market and it was a durian menu so the whole place, smelt really bad. We moved outside and it took 45 minutes to even get some water. Very slow service of food and then we got forgotten about and had to pay for the bill on our way out. Before heading out, we wanted to get a drink… Green on 1f said it was full, the pool bar was closed and Above and Beyond on 28th floor said it had a bar/lounge but we couldn’t use it because we were not members. Crazy that at a hotel of this standard we couldn’t even get my girlfriend a drink on her birthday - so we left the hotel and found another venue. Pool was nice, room was nice. All service poor and slow.

Pros: From the moment we arrived until our departure, the level of service was extraordinary. Rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The rest of the facilities exude an approachable luxury that is likely to pamper any traveler. If included in the price of your stay, the buffet breakfast in The Market dining area is not to be believed. Foods from everywhere well prepared and exquisite service. Highly recommend staying here.
Cons: We dined in the top floor restaurant Above and Beyond and had the Peking Duck set menu with a wine pairing. Here, unfortunately, the highly attentive service became intrusive and absurd. For example, someone comes every minute to check on your table and rather than a casual glance this check includes a careful study. The servers would often jump in to do something unnecessary and pointless such as turning the water bottle so that the label faces you or randomly realigning items on the table in a fussy manner. And if you had the temerity to top off your own water glass, someone would jump in and grab the bottle form your hand. Aside form the overbearing service, the meal was only okay. The duck was tasty, but most of the other flavors were no more than ordinary. And the wine pairings were similarly undistinguished. Considering that the meal (at HKD 2000) was by far the most expensive one we had in 4 days in Hong Kong, it was a very poor value for money. I recommend going elsewhere despite the high rating this place receives on Trip Advisor.

Pros: Came back from South Asia raving about this hotel. Can't believe the luxury, style and amenities. I've stayed in more expensive hotels but I've never stayed in better than this. The smartphone they provide you in room with free international calls and data and Internet made wandering Hong Kong so much easier. The breakfast buffet is vast and huge and fancy and delicious. And the rooms are gorgeous and well appointed. All needs are thought of and anticipated. The staff are incredibly attentive, you feel like you're a VIP. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Six million stars.

Pros: I left my eyeglasses at hotel after checked out. By the time I noticed, it was already the next day. I phoned them and found out that the housekeeper had already placed a report of my eyeglasses. So I went to the hotel to pick up my glasses. Staffs at the reception and the housekeeping Manager were polite and helpful. I did very appreciate for their service.

Pros: Eaton HK is a modern hotel with a great vibe. It's located in close proximity to Jordan MTR (5min walk), Temple St Markets (2min walk) and Ladies Markets (15min walk). Nathan Rd has many stores to meet your needs and Starbucks is located on the corner if you're after a reasonable coffee. We stayed in a family room which comfortably accommodated 5 (kids 14, 12,12). The pool and gym are small but convenient. There are great eating facilities on-site, with an impressive buffet breakfast for those that like to eat in and an impressive range of cuisines on offer throughout the day and night. The staff were always on hand and very helpful. We highly recommend Eaton HK and would definitely stay again.

Pros: Location was brilliant to catch the ferry to Hong Kong Island. Great view of the harbour and laser show. Great breakfast available down stairs. The room was very comfortable and clean and we were able to use the showers in the YMCA facilities later in the evening before heading to the airport.

Cons: (1) given the handicapped room. The basin was too low for washing (2) The second day after the room cleaning of room 765, 2 women’s underwear were found (3) room 755 had bloodstain on the beige bed underskirt. (4) only one elevator worked as the other one under maintenance- major waits and inconvenience as had to wait a couple of trips due to it being full (5) cockroach in the elevator near the pool (6) the green clean room special only offered $50 hkd on the buffet... nothing else.

Pros: This is definitely a luxury hotel; it looks and feels like one from the amenities in the room to the lobby and the available restaurants in the building. The location was great because of its proximity to the MTR station, which is one of my personal favorite things about Hong Kong so I didn't mind. It's not within real walking distance of tourist attractions or downtown in Causeway Bay or Central, but the MTR and hotel shuttles make it very easy to get there. The breakfast buffet was particularly good and reasonably priced (compared to American hotels). Seems like a nice place to host a business event.
Cons: We had a great stay, but a lot of it was due to promotions. Our room had free wifi and we had a special rate since I booked far ahead of time. The wifi signal could be stronger, and the TV channels were a bit limited. There was construction next to the hotel, which somewhat took away from the otherwise nice view of the harbor. The view did have a highway between the room and harbor though, so don't go in expecting a harborfront room.

Had to repeatedly ask for room which we received at long last a little after 3 pm. ( arrived before noon) Then we had to wait an extra hour for them to find our luggage and bring it to the room. This meant a lot of lost time when time was of the essence in our trip. So, plan for this. Otherwise a great place. A lot of waiting in the cafe resto too. Hotel bar was top!

Cons: Somewhat inconvenient location (away from public transport, temporarily-cordoned-off locations due to close proximity to HKSAR Government Complex, requirement to walk to a different location in order to board ride-share vehicles.) Water faucets for both shower and bathroom sink had temperature-control issues. For example, when the temperature control knob is set to the center, it can become scorching-hot for several seconds before it drops to the intended temperature and then further dropping to a cold temperature before repeating the cycle around a half-minute later.

Pros: Location was great! The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious. The interior view was a bit underwhelming but the black out curtains were fantsstic, the roll away bed was excellent and the staff very friendly! Best buffet breakfast I ever had!

Cons: Small room, no table, no chair, barely room to put luggage on floor. Towels are incomplete (no face towels) old (thin to almost worn out), and smelly. Housekeeping staff is making all short cuts, did not make beds for each day of our stay, did not replace floor towel, did not replace or clean cups, no vacuuming, nor cleaning of any of surfaces. Access to the rooms require going up two sets of elevators. The first set goes from ground level to the 3rd floor lobby and then another elevator to go up the room. There is no apparent stairs to go between the 3rd floor and the ground, it could be dangerous and it is unclear how to exist in case of fire.
