8.8 Excellent
Pros: Swimmingpool, gym, restaurant
Cons: Floor was broken, they need to fix some things and keep it nice then it would be amazing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We had a work conference. The conference room was fantastic and they gave great technical support. They were very flexible and let us switch conference rooms in the middle for a different seminar.
Cons: The lobby could use some sprucing up.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We've received a complimentary meal and used it for lunch. They serve quit a variety of foods for all meals that is common in Israel. The area around is nice and there's a farm 10- minute walk away from the hotel. You can rent bikes there for 12$ and they provide cycling routes maps. The staff is friendly and welcoming. It's quite easy to get there by bus from Jerusalem.
Cons: Apparently swimming caps are required in the pool, but you learn about it only when you arrive... The hamam wasn't exactly clean, and the yard with sunbeds looked rather neglected.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, great views, very well kept environment. A place with history - I recommend strolling in the hotel courtyard. Nice clean rooms, pool, and excellent service spa. Good food, lovely dinner and breakfast buffet with a great selection and variety.
Cons: I did, however, receive an outdated room, so make sure to request one of their remodeled rooms.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent - best eggs benedict ever. The digital lifts were fun and convenient. Room and bathroom were well appointed We liked the bottle of water in the room and the newspapers.
Cons: We felt for the price we might have had some fruit or chocolate/biscuits in the room. The digital lighting was a tad difficult for us oldies as it entailed getting out our glasses each time to read the labels. We were glad there was a switch for one of the night lights but it wasn't super easy to reach. We found it a bit odd that neither the bathroom, nor the toilet which was in a cubicle inside the bathroom, could be locked. Perhaps we are old-fashioned.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: This is a beautiful hotel in an elegant old building that was completely redone to creat the hotel. Courteous and helpful staff. Concierge services were excellent. Rooms are large and well furnished. Ten minute walk to the Jaffa Gate of the old city. Breakfast was included and was excellent.
Cons: I-PAD provided in the room for hotel services never worked, even with repeated calls and IT requests.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: We came to hotel due to another hotels cancellation on the 24th Dec. Literally the second we pulled up and stepped out of the car we felt the warmth of the staff attending to our needs: Front Desk, Restaurant and Bar service staff top!!!
5.7 Okay
Pros: Front desk staff very kindly allowed us to check out late the day of our plane -- 8 pm. Thanks! Breakfast was very good. Lobby lounge is very nice.
Cons: Most of the staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. Our rooms were barely made up (wet towels left on floor). Air conditioner took a long time to get room cool. Rooms are very small. No concierge.
6.0 Good
Pros: Free breakfast, lots of choices.
Cons: They would not let me bring my bicycle into my room. No reason was given, just that it was not allowed by security.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: However there was no concierge at the Dan in Jerusalem And there was one available at the Dan in TA. That was helpful as the staff in Jerusalem did not seem to be knowledgeable on info re: dinning out.

Pros: The service provided by Angelina and Hamis. They were outstanding
Cons: Housekeeping didn’t do a great job. They didn’t pick up things from the floot
5.7 Okay
Cons: Too expensive.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: very good breakfasts
Cons: hotel needs an internet room, where visiters can use the hotejs computer, keyboard etc
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice room
Cons: Quite expensive for the services given. Because we had a problem with the cold in our room. The air conditioner had been shut and it was resolved only Saturday night.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location near Jaffa Gate
Cons: Extensive but low-quality breakfast; shared spaces not accueillant; loud and chaotic at reception and lounge.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: The staff, for the most part, wasn't helpful. For example, it was a cold night, and when I called downstairs and told them the heater was broken--even the lowest setting made the room unlivable--the staff's response was to open my window. It was raining heavily with strong winds that night, so I pushed the staff person further, who finally sent up a portable radiator. The sheets on the bed were torn. The bed wasn't made adequately, so that I couldn't fit my body into the bed. The shower glass wasn't sealed, so that water leaked all over the bathroom. Several staff at the front desk were unfriendly.

Pros: The room was beautifully appointed. The rain shower in the bathroom was amazing. The plate of sweets each day was a very nice touch.
Cons: We loved everything. The only thing that was negative was that it was a little further from the Old City than we would have liked.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There were a good number of staff on duty, who were all attentive to guests' needs. Breakfast was amazing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have not breakfast
Cons: Everytywas excelent
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was a return visit. When we first arrived everything was buzzing and busy as normal. Every detail in the room has been thought out and was perfect. Fantastic Friday night meal packed and like a banquet. By Saturday lunch a little quieter but still fabulous. Staff all polite smiling and helpful. Synagogue service busy and lovely. Executive Lounge kept going right to end of our stay, though I was sorry we could no longer see the Old City Walls and the Liberty Bell Park because of the new building. The Spa and pool are amazing and they were fully operational. The shops and lounges were still busy. Room service could not be faulted. The staff were all very positive, understanding and reassuring considering the world outside as we know it is collapsing. The Purim Parades may have all been cancelled but the Inbal is in such a wonderful position there was still lots to do as the tourists all left to catch the last planes before the borders are completely shut. The staff were wonderful, smiling and encouraging. This was a beautiful optimistic place to be for a wonderful holiday right until the moment we left. When the virus has run its course this is where one should come to celebrate a Thanksgiving holiday.
Cons: Not applicable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Clean.
6.7 Good
Pros: The facilities were clean and food was good
Cons: Room was small and I paid for third in the room and was not given the bed

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Located in excellent location with beautiful view. Brakffest is outstanding, I never sow so many options I didn’t have a chance to use the Spa health club and Pools but I’ve heard that it’s one of the best, I definitely recommend to try this hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel. Amazing bathrooms and bath tubs. Everything is very clean and comfortable. We didn’t do the breakfast option as it was pricey but there is a coffee shop down the street where we ate breakfast and had coffee. It’s about a 5-10min drive to the old city and you’ll have to take a taxi or drive and park at a parking garage. There’s not much going on around the hotel other than this area called the “First Station” which has some restaurants but everytime we went it seemed quiet and not lively. This is definitely a nice place to make your base in israel but just know that coming to and from the old city or the market will require transportation.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely stay, beautiful hotel in a great part of Jerusalem. Breakfast is very expensive - it looked beautiful but I decided it wasn’t worth it. Dinner and drinks were good, service was quite slow. The room was stunning with all the amenities, a nice little balcony. The Turkish bath is a must. Would love to stay again.
Cons: The slow service at the bar area (on the same floor as reception).
7.7 Good
Pros: Breakfast was amazing
Cons: Customer service
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved this hotel and had an amazing stay. Great facilities, location, fantastic breakfast and staff service was exceptional. Huge room and really comfortable bed. We also had Club access which was fantastic. Only place to stay in Jerusalem!
7.0 Good
Cons: The Spa isn't a part of Isrotel chain, therefore their service wasn't good at all, unlike Cramim for example.
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location. Nice clean room with great bed.
Cons: Reception. Dreadful check in & check out. They stuff needs training. They are the "face" of the hotel and they are doing a lousy job. First they didn't find my name. I had to show them the booking.com reservation (Koren). Then they didn't know how to change the reservation from card to cash. Upon checking out; they printed the wrong bill. The lady checking us out reassured us that the parking was paid. Guess what, the parking garage didn't let us out... Only when the parking garage got on the phone with reception- the parking gate opened. Reception gets a 0 mark.

Pros: Rooms are nice and clean, stuff is very polite
Cons: Breakfast on Saturday was the worst I had ever in any hotel worldwide. Rooms are quite small Although our room was cleaned at least once a day, we were stuck without toilet paper and tissues in our room.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The very kind, polite and helpful staff, the amnesties in the rooms( although cofee capsules weren’t reniewed)
Cons: The wet sauna has no facilities to wash the sitting benches before and after use. The lunch is incredibly high priced, especially for kids(300 shekels ?!, 400 for grown ups). As I reserved 3 rooms in some there were minor problems like tv out of service or plumbing faults.
6.0 Good
Pros: Great location, comfortable room
Cons: Very loud and you could hear everything behind the doors of the room, not bright, dirty cups for breakfast, no cattle in the room, bad air conditioning system, had to get up and turn it on, otherwise was cold in the room. Too pricey for the quality I have stayed there 8 years ago and it was way better

Cons: Bathroom full of mold. No clock in room. 4 people from hotel staff walked in on us unannonced in the first 2 hrs we were there.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing much.
Cons: The room temperature was controlled centrally for the whole hotel. It was a very hot 25C in our room. The thermostat in the room was not functional. There is no variety in the menu of the hotel restaurant. Many of the dishes were not available. Service was bad. Waiters did not know what they were doing. One morning our room lost power though it was restored in a couple of hours. 3 days we did not have tv because the hotel cable connection was malfunctioning. The drain in our bathroom lavatory was clogged. It was fixed only the day before our departure.

Pros: so many things went not so well . the little that went well was very bitter sweet
Cons: the staff is very irresponsible. i had a flood in the bathroom because the piping of the sink broke. the safe was not working because of low battery. many lights in the room were burnt out. the heating was not working properly. i asked to speak to a manager , none were available. i told them the least they could do is upgrade my room , which they refused . the ramada itself send me a survey and after i wrote them what i am writing you , the wrote back that someone will contact me . no one cared enough to do so

5.0 Okay
Pros: the location and the shopping mall is very good
Cons: the drain of the shower had a back up making a flood on the bathroom floor and the breakfast time ends to early to be able to get it
4.0 Okay
Pros: Old and needs good cleaning
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: location and the bathtub were nice to have.
Cons: I should have read more reviews before staying at this place. The beds didn't have fitted sheets, only loose sheets which slipped off by just sitting on the bed. The sheets and covers were stained and there was only one spare blanket and pillow which didn't even have covers. There were only 2 pretty small towels for us to use, with no extras. The beds were so uncomfortable to sleep on that I spent half the night on the floor, the shower hose didn't work so we couldn't even shower. The walls are so thin I could hear the people in the next room when they got home at 2 am and struck up a loud conversation, and was woken up a bunch of times by sirens outside the windows. The windows themselves are really thin and have no screen or anything so you can hear everything from outside. It was the worst night's sleep in a while for both myself and my husband. The breakfast options were very limited, and the coffee was really bad. Even for the affordable price, it still isn't worth the inclusive breakfast, there are other hotels we've stayed at in the past for only a little more money which have blown us away. We're not usually picky people but will never again be staying here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s very close to the Central bus station. Nice rooms look at a little shopping mall on the bottom floors and is very close to a lot of facilities
Cons: The only issue was the power went out for about an hour in the middle the night but I think it was to the whole block
7.9 Good
Pros: The location and the food. Good value.
Cons: Too many tour groups and a lot of noise.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was fine
Cons: Bed sheets and covers not acceptable
3.0 Mediocre

1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing !! What a horrible place, horrible and insensitive staff.
Cons: Horrible and súper bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend it, mean staff, everything terrible. Never book this place!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location, helpfully team. Rooms are so clean and comfortable. I will come back of course !!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We were spoiled with a bottle of champagne for our celebration. Room was clean and spacious, staff were nice and friendly.
Cons: Bathroom facilities had malfunctions and the staff came every two hours to ask us if we need anything and it was annoying since we didn't ask for them to come. Our room view was quite disappointing. Breakfast was basic.
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location, 10 minutes by walk from Western Wall. Very nice interior, like jerusalem stone on the walls. Comfy beds and very quiet rooms. Fast check in, friendly cleaning service. Shopping mall (street) Mamilla with caffees just few steps away.
Cons: I was not informed, that opening of the fridge means I have to pay. No space for own drinks. The refrigerator is more as an vending machine than a fridge. Even after 5 days I didn’t understood the lighting system. Unprofessional service in breakfast room. All the time chatting about private things (yes, I understand little bit arabic) and nose picking on the floor. Breakfast not really tasty, shakshuka too sweet, old fashioned bufet like from seventies, bad coffee. No breakfast a la carte. One evening we went to Mamilla Rooftop Restaurant. Which is sold like restaurant with unique panoramic views. We had an reservation, but nobody was at the entrance so we were waiting and had to ask someone to take us to the table. When we finally sat down the ugly plastic jalusie went down and the view was...over. We asked the waitress about it and her answer was „it is broken“. We told her, that a few minutes before it worked and she said „I will check it“. From this time she completely ignored our table, she sent another waiter with diner to the table and a barman with drinks even though she was clearly all the time with her back to our table. After everything was eaten and glasses were empty we asked somebody else to pay, because we‘ve been still ignored. Her behaviour was so unnaceptable to the point that we didn’t go to that restaurant for the rest of the week. Next day the lady was in executive lounge. We ordered two tonic waters, we received just one. Without ice and straw but with sour and pissed face. Btw., nobody at the executive lounge is informing guests, that they are serving non alcoholic drinks too. But the worst think was the check out. There was a 30$ Room Service which we never had and it took about 15 minutes to explain it. But they asked me to return them my credit card, cancel the transaction and do new one with correct amount. The reception supervisor assured me, that first ammount will be back on my card in few minutes. Unfortunatelly it was not.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Shabbat dinner.
Cons: Bathroom layout is awkward.

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Not much
Cons: Food wasn’t good at all, spa was dirty, sauna wasn’t hot, steam room was filthy, in general entire hotel is fatigued. hotel walls are very thin could hear all the neighbours
