Pros: The staff from the valet to the front desk was amazing, super friendly and helpful. Great service all-around. The room was amazing, very clean and spacious. I loved the bathtub in the luxury room. The luxury room had the option of opening up the bathroom to the room, by removing a separator where the bathtub is, which was pretty cool. The bed was huge and comfortable enough. We had bathrobes and slippers at our disposal which was pretty nice. A lot of storage space in the room. They gave us fresh towels everyday and did the bed. We got a coupon for the hotel restaurant, which was nice and encouraged us to try the food. And It was pretty good.

Cons: The toiletries offered weren’t that great, but it did the job. The pool looked amazing in the pictures, but it’s not that great in real life, I was a bit disappointed with that. It is smaller than it looks in the pictures and it’s in between tall buildings so there is no sunlight. And the pool area doesn’t look super well maintained. The gym was not great either, old workout machines in a small room. We had a tv in the bathroom for the bathtub, but the screen was broken.

I had atleast three different discussions with three different staff about wether something had been charged or not vs prioritized then to find i was correct after rececking as well as telling me my card might not work( after i extended my stay) and to come back and get a new one - only to be told by a different colleague that it should be fine - so i headed back up - lo and behold - it didnt work - and i had to walk back down. It was irritating. I was super excited about the clay massage only for it to be average.

Cons: Although the newly renovated rooms look great, they are not practical, particularly the bathroom. The sliding bathroom door provided literally no privacy, leaving a huge gap where you could see in the bathroom. The shower again looked beautiful but with the small shower set up, the water went everywhere when just trying to set the shower to go in. We had also thought there was a pool and hot tub as it showed it in booking.com. The pictures on booking.com also showed a renovated lobby yet the renovation hasn’t even started. The bar being closed for renovation was a huge disappointment and so was the make shift bar in the basement that was closed so watch we were unable to grab a late night drink after a night out. Unfortunately we were disappointed this time.

She never sent any extra bedding. The sheets that were in my room had a hole in them and there was hair in my shower.

We could hear a weird grinding noise that came from a panel in our room, some electical problem that didn't feel safe at all!!

Cons: I couldn’t sleep all night long because of noisy guests - a junior hockey team on our floor. They were even playing games in the corridor, slamming doors, jogging in the corridors. The receptionist whom I called for help wasn’t of any help. At that point it was 2 am. Then the alarm went off (triggered by these young kids!) It’s hard to tell how much stress I experienced that night. Not sure I will be using this hotel in the future.

Pros: We have stayed at this property a few times now because it is close to my husband’s family. The hotel is priced in accordance with other hotels of its kind in Montreal. For us, it’s a great location. It’s also close to the art district and not far from shopping on St Catherine’s Street. We find it to be clean and very accommodating. The restaurant is also fabulous.

Cons: The "continental breakfast" was just bagels, toast, cereal and coffee/tea. I think there was orange juice but I never ate breakfast at the hotel because it was so minimal. The coffee that I did have wasn't very good. Also, one evening I ordered ramen to my room (using SkiptheDishes) but the restaurant didn't give me any utensils so I went and asked for a fork at reception and they had none! because all they had for breakfast is toast and cereal, they only had knives and spoons on hand. let me tell you, eating ramen with nothing but two plastic spoons is probably the closest I'll ever get to a game show challenge. I also wished that they had a mini-fridge in the room. Only other downside to the hotel was that the toilet was in a separate (non connected) room from the sink and shower, so you had to walk from the toilet room around the wardrobe to the sink/shower room just to wash your hands.

Cons: Hotel entrance was a door between two sex related shops/venues. I was told we would be sharing one common bathroom for all the third floor. The room had an old linen appearance, dark, dirty- not at as I was led to believe from the booking.com website. I was tired, with family(mom, kids, husband), in a foreign country, and even then I could not sleep in this place. It was that bad. My husband luckily was able to find a true restful stay elsewhere but after a lot of inconvenience. When I asked for a refund since we would not be staying, the gentleman told me he could not refund me.

There should be an extra outlet or extension chord in the places where the lamp is competing with the TV and the cable box. The wattage of the lightbulbs connected to the light switches can be lower.

Pros: Location was perfect with a simple breakfast that arrives exactly at the time you specified. Minutes away from the Metro, grocery, restaurants and cafes. All that for a good price and they even allowed me to check in early. It’s an old hotel that probably needs a revamp but I liked its no frills characteristic.

Pros: all as it says ,you can hear around but its not annoying front desk lady very helpful tring to satisty everybody and multitasking its a 3 star so that what you get dont expect more
Cons: bring an adapteur as the socket are old wont fit the heads of chargors

Pros: The staff was super helpful, and tried very hard to meet all my needs! Prompt breakfast and great location, great value for money.
Cons: The beds were a bit hard, but I could be sensitive as a pregnant woman haha. I'd still go back here no question though.

Cons: I didn’t like the bed, they superimposed 2 old mattresses to make one and could smell bad odours. The bathtub and toilets were blocked or draining out water very slowly.
