I booked a car with GPS and called to confirm that my request was honoured. I was told it was. However when I went to pick up the car I was told there were no vehicles with GPS. I was upgraded to a better vehicle with CarPlay but it was not a good way to start the trip. Also, whenever I’ve rented a vehicle, someone has always checked the car with me and pointed out where various things are. Didn’t happen here.
