The rental could not have been better. However, at this point, I’m not sure if they are charging me for the use of the battery on the electric car. I thought I was going to save money because I did not have to pay for gas. I was not informed in advance of any charge for the electric car as far as use of the batteries concerns. Not happy that our deposit has not been returned because 3 days after return said that the key fob is not in the vehicle. It was definitely left in the vehicle witnessed by 3 persons. Frustrating that a vehicle either left in the paid lot where we were instructed to leave it with the doors unlocked for 3 days or taken back to the rental lot to then say the fob was not there when either the staff that retrieved the car misplaced the key or another person removed it because it was left for an extended period of time off site unlocked.Reviewed 28 Jun. 2023

Pick up and drop off was nightmare had to call to get shuttle on pick up and drop off waited for almost 40 minutes for shuttle leave the rental depot to bring to airport almost missed flight. Needs to have a more frequent shuttle or workers drive customers in the rentals.Reviewed 11 May 2023

It took FIVE phone calls and 40 min. of waiting to get a pick up shuttle bus. The driver behaved as if it all was my fault. The receptionist Susan was nice but was on the phone with her personal affairs while giving me the car keys and the paperwork. At the time of pick up I was charged right away (not credit card hold) TWICE of the agreed upon amount. Can't wait to see how soon I'll get the refund. The directions for the after hours car drop off were wrong and the place itself was in the middle of nowhere - I had a real hard time finding it. Not a pleasant thing at 4AM fearing to miss the flight. Not a "user friendly" car rental.Reviewed 28 Mar. 2023

I called the day before to confirm and was assured that I would be able to pick up my rental when my 8:00 pm flight landed. When I landed the next evening, I was unable to reach the rental company and given inaccurate information from the 1-800 customer service number to board another companies shuttle that would drop me off at the car rental location. The driver informed me that the company I was trying to get to closes at 6:00 pm daily. She asked if she could take me to her agency to rent a car. My original rental car was $133.00 the replacement rental car was $395.00. I am currently in dispute to have my original rental charge refunded.Reviewed 19 Mar. 2023

NEVER rent from this company. It claims it's "at the airport" but it's not. They have one shuttle. It took an hour and 45 minutes to get picked up, despite calling every 20 minutes and being assured "he's on the way, he'll be there in a couple minutes." When the shuttle did finally come through I nearly had to step into traffic to get the man to stop, he had zero intention of picking up passengers. When I finally got to the rental car depot the woman at the counter was shocked I was the only one on the shuttle, since they had received over 20 calls and no one was getting picked up. They do not have 24 hour drop-off, so if you are flying out in the morning you have to go to some other random car lot and leave the keys in the glovebox and email a picture to a random gmail account and hope for the best. 2 days later, still no receipt. Unless you enjoy terrible customer service, waiting for 2 hours for a shuttle, and playing human frogger then avoid this company at all costs!Reviewed 18 Nov. 2022
