Pros: Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We had 3 people in our party (two twins and a extra bed). The hotel room was a little tight for 3 people but we only stayed there to sleep. Location was fantastic. Everything was within walking distances to great clubs, bars, and food. I highly recommend checking out Bombay Bar and then M1 Ultra Lounge for a great night (get bottle service). The main tourist attractions were 10~15 min walking distance away.
Cons: Nothing really but if i had to nitpick: Room was a little small. The elevator was slow? They charged for late check out ($30 for 2 hours - think). In comparison, we didn't get charged for late check out in Amsterdam, Berlin, and Vienna. Laundry was expensive - pricing based on individual article of clothing.

Pros: The beds were very comfortable and the room spacious (for Europe). The staff was very helpful and friendly. An included hot Breakfast Bar was very much appreciated. The location was perfect as it was the spot where most tours kicked off.

Pros: location, outstanding staff (one exception) - very accomodating
Cons: individual operating front desk asked repeatedly for a cash deposit for an excursion and discovered (zero) absolutely no funding of any nature could be applied from hotel to company operating tour. I only saw her weekends and we were planned to check out in two days. she spoiled an otherwise outstanding experience

Pros: We've spent 12 days in Europe, starting in Prague and ending in Vienna. The Ventana was the best hotel we stayed at, even better than a Relais & Chateau hotel we stayed in. And it was reasonably priced for this quality. Highly recommended.

Pros: Everything in the hotel is designed from the art nouveau period, there are REAL works of art along the walls. This place restored my faith in the power of architecture and design. Pros: This hotel was a wonderful place to stay as we toured Prague. It is an easy, beautiful walk from everything we wanted to see. The room was very comfortable with a view of the river. The staff were all very helpful in a wide variety of languages. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of food. We would recommend this hotel to others and stay here again.

Pros: Very modern, innovative design.Beautiful room, with a lovely alcove that had windows all around (even though it was a budget room). Quiet, non-smoking, very safe and secure building. Extremely clean. Friendly, accommodating staff. Sumptuous buffet breakfast included. Steps away from Old Town, and all the places I wanted to visit. Right across from river. Excellent transport from and to airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: The location is what attracted me to the Eurostars Thalia and it appeared to be a nice hotel on the website. Upon arriving, the hotel met all my expectations, the staff was very nice and the location was about as good as you're going to get in Old Town of Prague. I was traveling solo to meet up with my son on his Study Abroad trip but I will be returning with my wife and I would stay again for sure. Reasonable price, nicely furnished, attentive staff and great location!

Pros: The proximity to the Old Town Square is fabulous, and just about every major attraction is within 2km. The breakfast is well worth adding into your reservation. You won't find anything better or cheaper nearby. I would attribute any negative responses I see to personal expectations from a decidedly western perspective (elevators are small and steps are the norm for most buildings). Every staff-member was ready to assist, and treated me with respect. Great room, comfortable bed, large clean bathroom, but might get a little warm in the summer (visited in November).
Cons: The proximity to the Old Town does bring crowd noise almost all night long. Fourth floor rooms get additional noise from The Terrace, roof-top restaurant. If driving, valet parking is about the only option. Not a bad thing, just be prepared for 40-50 USD per day, plus tip.

Pros: The staff, location, breakfast/food quality and the adjacent restaurant - absolutely outstanding! The staff deserves particular mentioning: polite, fast, friendly. All those aspects went above 5 stars, in my opinion.
Cons: The beds/mattresses are in need of replacement. It may have only been my personal preference, but our mattress was quite soft and the bed rather low to the ground - almost dorm style. Any hotel of $250+/night we've stayed at, had more substantial beds. Again, personal preference applies here and call it a simple, non deal breaking observation.

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Leonardo. When we booked, I don't think we realized how close to everything we really were -- just steps to the Charles Bridge and minutes to the Old Town Square. The staff was more than accommodating and even packed us a breakfast when we had to take a 4 AM taxi. Would HIGHLY recommend.
Cons: The bathrooms were a little small, but that was expected and didn't take away from the overall stay. That was our only complaint!

Pros: Location was great, plus we had a room in the front so had a great view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable bed and nice quality furniture in the room. Restaurant was attractive with good food and drinks.
