Pros: I am picky and spoiled when it comes to hotels. I stayed in an executive room for three nights here and it exceeded my expectations and rivaled some of the most luxurious, expensive hotel rooms I have stay in -- and at a small fraction of the price!! The hotel is a short walk to everything, a train station is less than a block away, and a tram runs right out the front door. When you first enter the hotel, the lobby is deceiving because it is small, worn and, dated. Enter you room and wow! The upgrade to the executive room is well worth it. It was exquisitely appointed, spacious and luxurious with a powder room and separate full bathroom. L'Occtaine toiletries were a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was exceptional. The room was quiet. The breakfast spread in the hotel's famous restaurant was excellent. I am glad I booked the room with the breakfast option. It was very well worth it. Bottom line: I doubt I will ever find a better value anywhere in the world any time soon.

Pros: Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We had 3 people in our party (two twins and a extra bed). The hotel room was a little tight for 3 people but we only stayed there to sleep. Location was fantastic. Everything was within walking distances to great clubs, bars, and food. I highly recommend checking out Bombay Bar and then M1 Ultra Lounge for a great night (get bottle service). The main tourist attractions were 10~15 min walking distance away.
Cons: Nothing really but if i had to nitpick: Room was a little small. The elevator was slow? They charged for late check out ($30 for 2 hours - think). In comparison, we didn't get charged for late check out in Amsterdam, Berlin, and Vienna. Laundry was expensive - pricing based on individual article of clothing.

Pros: The breakfast was great a huge variety and helpful staff. Have an omelette cooked to order cereal pastry coffee tea juice hot and cold options. Full up before a big day out. The room was very comfortable and well laid out. And you could open the windows. A big plus for me as I like to have fresh air. A great spot to access teams and trains easily to make your way around Prague and cab walk into the old town relatively quickly
Cons: The shower over bath would be difficult for some people to get in and out of. The glass partition is also very small so water does go all over the place.

Pros: My buddy and I stayed here for a week while we toured around in Prague and in Berlin. We were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms are very clean and the heated bathroom floors are an added perk that one can only really appreciate once they’ve used it. The hotel is centrally located to pretty much everything you’d want to see. On average, I’d say I walked about .7 miles to get to a place I wanted to see.
Cons: It’s just a European thing but the beds are much smaller than what you’d expect in America. Also, the shower glass door is somewhat odd but it’s really not a big deal. Really, the only actual issue I had with this hotel was the A/C unit in my room did not work. Luckily, I stayed at the end of October so opening a window sufficed. The staff told me they would move us into a different room, but, to be honest, I was too lazy to pack all my stuff up just to unpack it. Lol So, it ended up being on me not having a functional A/C unit the entirety of my stay.

Pros: The location is what attracted me to the Eurostars Thalia and it appeared to be a nice hotel on the website. Upon arriving, the hotel met all my expectations, the staff was very nice and the location was about as good as you're going to get in Old Town of Prague. I was traveling solo to meet up with my son on his Study Abroad trip but I will be returning with my wife and I would stay again for sure. Reasonable price, nicely furnished, attentive staff and great location!

Pros: This hotel was a wonderful place to stay as we toured Prague. It is an easy, beautiful walk from everything we wanted to see. The room was very comfortable with a view of the river. Cons: I missed the first two nights of my stay because of missed airline connections, owing to a medical emergency of another airline passenger. I called as soon as the plane eventually landed. I was 5 hours past the cancellation deadline at this point (5 a.m. Prague time) and the reservation staff was not at hotel. I called 9 a.m. Prague time and explained, asking they not cancel my reservation. This happened two nights in a row due to airline intransigence. Reservation staff refused to budge on refunding either night's stay, even after I had to extend the stay by one day and spend another $150. I thought this very poor customer service.

Pros: I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at the grand majestic plaza. The location was great to walk down to all the major attractions, room were clean and beds comfortable and wifi worked great in the room. The breakfast was a good spread and they even make omelette or hard boiled eggs on request.
Cons: I wish they had a gym. And found the housekeeping to be lacking - one day they forgot to put back the shower gel, which was frustrating to discover after stepping into the shower. And sometimes they'd forget to restock hand towels.

The drain in our bathtub was quirky, but other than that, all the amenities were fine. I'd like to single out the people at the front desk, especially Lucie, for patiently helping us sort out our arrangements.

Pros: Cozy hotel, well situated close to old town Prague. Excellent breakfast. Outstanding service, from the reception desk - very accommodating, thank you! - to the room maid and the people working in the bistro - all very dedicated, an excellent team!
Cons: Really have no complaints, everything was just perfect. We would return in a heart beat and we'll definitively consider the same hotel for our next trip to Prague. Thank you Kinsky Garden Hotel team for such an enjoyable stay!
