8.8 Excellent
Pros: the staffs are very nice and friendly , the room is very comfortable , the location of the hotel is unique and convenience for both leisure and work purpose
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We ordered room service the first morning. It was great, on time and we received a call in advance of a know on the door which was appreciated.
Cons: Everything was great. It was myself and my 2 teenagers. The room was large enough for all of us and the extra space with the chaise helped with that. I think the only thing that might be nice is to have refrigerator space available for personal items. The pre-stocked fridge is great but you're unable to make space for your own items. Traveling with teens means having our own stash of snacks.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Amazing hotel, wonderful beds and serviceminded staff! We loved it!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We were initially quite disappointed with the hotel having been assigned a suite next to the electrical room... there was a loud noise which made it literally impossible to sleep. After talking to the hotel manager, we were moved to an ordinary king bed room as all the suites were sold out. It wasn’t pleasant to move rooms at 10pm, not to mention to a lower grade room., and then have to move again the second day to the suite we originally booked... we just felt all this pain could have been avoided if the rooms were carefully inspected and any problems were duly recorded in the database. The good thing is that the hotel did try their best in terms of service recovery by waiving the cost of our first night stay and sending us to a nicer suite the second day, although a bit late of the day. And staffs are mostly nice and trying to solve the problem. So overall, it wasn’t too bad an experience.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: My wife and I stayed at the Ritz Carlton from 25th to 28th May as part of our 25th wedding anniversary holiday in the US. The hotel is excellent - we upgraded to the junior suite which is amazingly spacious. The bedding is extremely comfortable and the fitness centre is excellently fitted out (open 24 hours). The location of the hotel on Nob Hill is very good, right next to Chinatown and within walking distance (10 to 30 minutes) to Union Square, the Embarcedaro/Fisherman's Wharf and North Beach. I had asked the hotel if they could arrange for a surprise for my wife and they happily arranged for chocolate coated strawberries to be sent to the room with a greeting card, which was a very nice touch. Would highly recommend the Ritz-Carlton. Obviously there are cheaper hotels in San Francisco but if you want to experience 5/6-star service and don't mind paying a premium for that, no need to look further.
Cons: I had arranged for a wake-up call at 7.45am on the day we were checking out and heading to the airport back home, but we never got the call. Fortunately, the wake-up call was a backup to my phone alarm.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were lovely and dinner was fabulous.
Cons: Breakfast was mediocre and the staff (mainly the concierge) was nit very helpful. Also parking is $75. That’s crazy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Customer service
Cons: A little far of a walk from union square
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love, love, love!!! We want to stay at all the Ritz-Carlton properties in Cali now! The level of service is really unparalleled. Location is walking distance to Chinatown and the financial District.
Cons: Nothing negative to say. Loved every moment!
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff was excellent and very accommodating and Rita Copeli, from front desk, was amazing as she went the extra mile and helped with booking/ check in as well as sent a note and some TLC as my wife and I were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary
Cons: Nothing- amazing hotel
7.5 Good
Pros: Friendly staff and the property location is ok.
Cons: The rooms are ok but not quite fit a normal Ritz standard. I was surprised that hotel is small and dark and not quite what I expected and will not stay there again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely loved it !! My favorite hotel in the city
Cons: Nothing
5.4 Okay
Cons: In a large double room, the sitting area had one very uncomfortable cheap chair. Fortunately, my wife did not mind sitting on the floor

Cavallo Point offers a range of historic lodging options, as well as contemporary lodging. Most of the rooms at the lodge face toward the south and many of them have views of San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge, or the SF Bay. All of the rooms at the lodge are nonsmoking, and they are all ADA compliant. All of the accommodations at Cavallo Point include a wide range of luxury amenities. These include ceiling fans, mini refrigerators, large flat-screen LCD televisions, and more. Guests will find that most of the rooms also include gas-burning fireplaces. Additionally, it is possible for guests to choose from a range of “add-on” amenities, such as an in-room bartender, wine and cheese, and rose petal turndown. Onsite dining options include Murray Circle Restaurant and Farley Bar. Guests can also find dining and shopping options that are just a short distance from the lodge. Some of those options include Travis Marina Bar and Bean Sprouts Café. It is just a short drive to other eateries, such as The Trident and Barrel House Tavern. Of course, guests will find that there are many interesting places to go and things to do that are just a short distance from this location. Golden Gate National Parks are located nearby, as is the Bay Area Discovery Museum and a host of other places to visit.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Awesome views of Golden Gate bridge and San francisco city (we got seriously lucky with the weather - there was no fog). The hike on Marin Headlands offers beautiful vistas. The resort has good restaurants & very good service. The open field provides a good area for kids to play.
Cons: The field was uneven
6.3 Good
Pros: Proximity to San Franciso, and view. The bar area is fun and the hostesses and bartenders were great. They were all very friendly, conversational, and bartenders made good drinks.
Cons: Confused by dead grass throughout the facility. Some parts were green and lush, others brown and dead. Is it recovery from the draught, or purposeful change to the landscape? My husband also had a terrible Swedish massage. It was so bad, he felt like the 60 mins dragged on for 2 hrs. He just wanted it to end. We also asked for ice and it took 40 mins and a second phone call before we received. The dining room was drab. Our waiter was good, but my very expensive $40 Halibut was over cooked. Toilet paper in room is thin, one ply TP. If you have sensitive plumbing and need to use thinner TP, note it for guests. We had to ask for our room to be serviced and the 2nd time we left the room for about 2 hours, came back and room was still not done. I also saw a cleaning person use a washcloth (I used those on my face and other delicate body parts) to clean surface of fireplace. Even though they get washed, I’m not sure I’d do that.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful grounds. Great hiking views of water and Golden Gate Bridge.
Cons: Food Service was somewhat slow.
7.0 Good
Pros: This property has $45 per day charge as resort fees. This is not mentioned anywhere and it came to us as a surprise. Check for other hidden charges in advance.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were extremely friendly. Complimentary shuttle into the city was unexpectedly a personal “taxi” service for both myself and my wife. Excellent room with a stunning view of the Golden Gate Bridge - also had the best chips (fries if from the US!) I’ve ever tasted.
Cons: Nothing! Couldn’t fault a thing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location and style
Cons: Price
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was incredible, and the views/grounds were fantastic. We were treated very well by everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff. Also, the view from our room was incredible. The rooms were very comfortable as well.
Cons: Well, it's not that we didn't like anything in particular, but the rooms were definitely not at the price point Covallo Point charges. The room was nothing special, except for the view. We got the room at half price because it was on Xmas day, and it still felt expensive for what the room was. So basically, you're paying this huge amount for the name and the view.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I loved the gardens and houses
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Location is good
Cons: No mention of NO Airconditioner. Service is slow. Room carpet was dirty. Very poor value
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything. I have never felt more comfortable in a hotel like I did this one. The room was amazing. The people were beyond amazing.
Cons: Nothing.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location, location, location!

9.5 Excellent
Pros: We were upgraded to a suite upon check-in for a fraction of the cost of the room, it was amazing, great view from every window. Room was spotless and comfy bed, very quiet so we could sleep in. Even my daughters room, which was a double-double room was very comfy though we would recommend the hotel switch to queens rather than doubles as it kept other family members from booking here for that reason. Otherwise our king suite was phenomenal!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Our suite was terrific...spacious, bright and welcoming. And the views were spectacular. And employee at the front desk was extremely helpful when there was an issue with the initial room allocated to us. She rectified the problem swiftly and efficie
Cons: The blankets were not comfortable & our initial room was meant to have "stunning views" but actually faced a tall wall of the next door church. However, when we informed the hotel staff, they promptly gave us a large room with panoramic views of the c
6.8 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff do not care about your needs. Sometimes are even kind of rude.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The accommodations and decor! And the willingness of the staff to make our anniversary special.
Cons: The mattress and pillows were slightly uncomfortable. Our breakfast at the restaurant was pretty disappointing for the cost.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice room, great location to explore SF.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely room Great location Clean room Staff very accommodating
Cons: Needs more waste cans. There needed to be one in the bedroom
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved my suite. Spacious, clean, updated, great location, quiet, great views. Staff is very welcoming. Able to get another bed for a 3rd guest and we enjoyed our time out and our time in the room. Large bathroom, clean, better than I expected from the pictures. I am beyond picky, I was really happy to have stayed here and felt that I got a great deal. It’s hard to find a place to stay with 700 sq ft in SF. The bar/restaurant with the live piano is wonderful.
Cons: I would only say that the facility is exactly what you’d expect from a well done historic hotel. I was originally apprehensive about what the room would be like because the main lobby “red” sofa is worn and in need of reupholster so I was concerned that the room would be as well. Thank goodness, that was not the case.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds, large rooms, James (doorman) was very attentive and overall awesome!
Cons: Hard to figure out where to check in

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very big rooms and nice amenities
Cons: older property
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed in the property 8 years' ago and remember how lovely it was. the rooms are still lovely, although the rooms need an upgrade.
Cons: I tried 2 nights in a row to have dinner in the restaurant and was told it is full. they don't inform you when booking that in fact the majority of the facilities are being renovated. I was then told I can order and then bring it to my room. I asked I am going to be charged a room service fee. they refused to waiver this, even though they also didn't have space for me to dine in the only restaurant. my resort fee was removed for this but honestly hotels should inform guests BEFORE booking about any possible inconveniences so guests can decide if they want to book or not. the hotel is well located and I love this hotel but it definitely is not aligned to their pricing.

4.3 Okay
Pros: Liked the location
Cons: We paid for Bay view, they gave us City view. Asked for the room to be changed, without letting us know they moved all our stuffs, while we were out and didn't give us the key. We were stuck for 2 hours without any room. After long day of city exploration, when we came back, there were no bedsheets in the room. Meaning beds weren't made. We had to wait around another hour carrying the kids while someone could show up and fix the bed.
6.0 Good
Pros: Very nice hotel! Clean, very classy bar. Staff were helpful and friendly.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very good central location in the city. Room was really clean, up to date and of a decent size. Staff were pretty helpful overall. The eco friendly nature of the hotel was a nice touch. If you're staying in San Francisco for a few days this is a good choice of hotel.
Cons: Hotels and accommodation in the city are really expensive, and this was too. Although it was worth paying the little bit more for the Orchard, as the cheaper hotel we staying in at the beginning of our trip was not a lot cheaper but was a lot worse.

5.8 Okay
Pros: The staff are very friendly, and great customer Service.
Cons: The rooms are very consumed, you could hear rooms near you or above you pretty easily.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was exceptional Best hotel we have ever stayed at
7.0 Good
Pros: Great staff and concierge service!
Cons: Did not inform us about an ongoing strike (51st day of the strike when we arrived), so we had no chance to make an educated decision whether we wanted to stay at the hotel or change to the Ritz Carlton. It resulted in very limited service on all levels, the restaurant being closed, bad breakfast buffet, missing St. Regis staff and a very very noisy experience in the bar area due to the protests outside. We received a discount after asking, but I would rather have been informed and changed my hotel.
7.5 Good
Cons: Only disappointed I wasn’t communicated with about the strike. It was loud.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding service.
Cons: No WiFi
9.5 Excellent

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Nice and big renovated room.
Cons: Due to renovation of the room on of the light switches and bed socket didn’t work. Also the sink taps didn’t work properly.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Pillows
Cons: I couldn’t get a morning cocktail, no coffee maker, white wine was crap, eggs Benedict was really poor, refrigerator didn’t work, no toothbrush or razor, and the on demand was misleading. Bed was cozy and I’m happy to of spent time with my babe but there was some serious problems with the amenities

4.5 Okay
Pros: Location and restaurant
Cons: Rooms too small (we had a luxory) Windows were very dirty!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location friendly staff - service
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We liked the hotel vibe. The location was very good only 3 minutes walking to union square , 3 minutes to the shopping mall surrounded by all you may need. We liked Buster specially after I met him in person @ the reception If you are a dog
Cons: The TV programs are very poor and I believe the era of pay to watch has gone . I suggest to enable the smart feature of the TV and open it to their customers to choose what they want to see.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beds were super comfy! Great location
Cons: Price
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The Nikko hotel is a very nicely renovated and stylish hotel with all possible facilities. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated. The breakfast is very high quality and both breakfast buffet and a la carte breakfast are possible. We had a Club room which included breakfast and access to the healthcenter with pool. The hotel is well located by the main shopping streets and not far from the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Public transport is available close to the hotel.
Cons: With a standard room, you pay a one-time surcharge of $25 for access to the Healthcenter, I think this better could be included. The pool is quite shallow. If you walk in the direction of the Town Hall (other direction than the shopping area), you will arrive in an area with streets with junks and homeless people.
5.8 Okay
Pros: It is a relatively modern hotel located close to many attractions.
Cons: Hotel severely overpriced for what you get. Nothing is complimentary, with several attempts to trick the guests into buying additional products and services. For example, the bed was covered with fluffy stuffed dogs with tiny price tags. In case you do not look carefully, you could end up spending a ton of money on random stuffed animals.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The design, very pretty hotel, relaxing.
Cons: Expensive valet parking
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location and friendly staffs
Cons: I chose the low speed complimentary WiFi, which actually works fine. But normally a hotel would not charge a extra for high speed internet
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff (front desk, housekeeping, and very kind and helpful concierge)
Cons: Having to pay a $30 fee to check in early (when the room was clearly available) and a $25 fee to use the fitness room and pool.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything exceeded my expectations
Cons: Parking was extremely expensive. I noticed other hotels offered reduced rates if you were staying with them. Only offered valet $65 U.S per cycle aka 24 hours. We stayed 2 nights so converted to Canadian equals much higher. Wish they included it in hotel rate.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, great location.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was simply perfect. Rooms were great, location excellent and the staff very gentle.
Cons: Valet parking expensive. 75 USD per day.
7.5 Good
Pros: The room was very nice and spacious and the location is great.
Cons: Extremely noisy. Hard to sleep with the noise from upper floors and from people fighting and yealling outside the window (which was almost at street level)
7.5 Good
Pros: The rooms and the lobby were well decorated, and clean. The surroundings feels secure. The Staff was great. There is cable TV in the room, tho, with to few channels.
Cons: The breakfast was poor, you have to choose over a menu option. The USD 10 voucher system, per night per room, does not allow you to take breakfast. You have to always put a little more over it and if you are sharing the room... less.... and you can’t accumulate de vouchers. In the other hand, the hotel is near one touristic location, but is far from everything else, even for work travelers. So, you are constantly relying in other means of transport to move around un less you want to climb the hill to get to Union Square.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location close to all major attractions. Great service and very good facilities.
Cons: Check out was lengthy, perhaps not enough staff on at key times. We didn't need the car in SF, but could have been a problem as there is no parking. Otherwise it's a great place to stay and the staff were very helpful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Unequivocally the best customer service we have ever received at any hotel, anywhere. Wonderful room décor, great lobby for visiting, exceptional location right on the wharf and centrally located with easy walking access to everything there.
Cons: Not a single thing.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was conveniently located off a Main Street at the end of the fisherman’s wharf. The hotel was clean and tastefully decorated. Historic with a modern twist.
Cons: The restaurant inside the hotel was .. ahhhh ok. The hotel did not have any coffee in the lobby. The food was not worth money in the restaurant, but very nice staff and atmosphere
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location in Fisherman’s Wharf, good restaurant inside the hotel (Blue Mermaid), friendly staff. Nautical theme will be appealing for kids and sea lovers in general.
Cons: Too expensive for its hotel class; most rooms will not have a bay view so watch out for what you book.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely characterful hotel, good size room, clean and tidy. Great location to explore Fisherman's Wharf and as a base for the city. Michael the concierge was lovely and organised a lovely table with a view at a restaurant for my birthday. There were a bunch of free facilities we didn't take advantage of - bike hire etc.. wish we had!
Cons: Very expensive parking. Reception desk team not very welcoming. Music in the lifts. Overall, it felt as though they were trying a bit hard to be quirky, rather than it being natural.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and decorations, the hotel lobby is beautiful. It was clean.
Cons: Long confusing walk from elevator without signage. The room was small and the way the bed was positioned an average sized person has to turn sideways to pass the bed. The staff was not rude, also they did not sincerely welcome us or offer bell service.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good size bedroom
Cons: The service in the restaurant
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was beautifully decorated and the bed extremely comfortable.

7.4 Good
Pros: Private room with shared bathroom.
Cons: Room smelled humid and kind of gross. Some guests were extra dirty and gave too much work to cleaning staff. Check-in and out staff were slow.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nice staff
Cons: Homeless people outside. Noise from the road. Smell of urine in the whole hostel. Dirty floors.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good Hostel in San Francisco Downtown. Grocery and Pharmacy shopping available in within 5 min walking. Clean rooms and bathroom. Good free breakfast included.
Cons: The size of the bunk beds are a bit to short. People with a length over 1,90 m / 6‘3 ft won’t be able to stretch out their legs completely.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Complimentary breakfast, though simple Friendly staff Nice lounge areas Appropriate safety measures
Cons: My room frequently became very stuffy/warm but opening the window meant possible lack of sleep due to city noise. Wifi was frequently painfully slow
7.0 Good
Pros: Perfect for a overnight stay.
Cons: It’s in the downtown. And when you look out of the window and see an abandoned building next to yours, just close the curtains and get some sleep :) Also when you book a private room it still has 2 separate single beds.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect to visit the city on foot, the room was quite big and with a nice view (6th floor) Parking (expensive) just in front
Cons: Old bathroom and the fitted carpet needs some renovation Price is high compared to the rest of the country but we found this common in SF Breakfast has limited choices and we ended up going to a restaurant
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I did like to travel of different places.
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast is pretty good, including two kinds of spreads, bagels & toasts, juice, coffee, and two kinds of fruits. The location is convenient and perfect.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very good hostel. This hostel is very well-run. The hostel is located in a great area of San Francisco. I booked well in advance and got a good price (around $70 for a 3 person room- $96 after taxes and HI non-member fees), but I know that the price goes up considerably, so book earlier. Breakfast was very good and the kitchen was very nice. Parking - I just wanted to clarify with people in case they have a car. There is a parking garage that has parking for 35 or 39 across the street. There are some other options around too. If you are there on a weekend, you can park on the streets nearby, but just beware of all of the street cleaning schedules (they are posted). Some say no parking between 6-8am every day and others say no parking during those times for specific days. So you can get away without paying for parking at all, like I did, if you are careful.
Cons: I get that in hostels you have to do things yourself, but I ended up having to put the sheets on the bed in my private room on the top bunk late at night after my travel companion went to bed). Obviously, if I had noticed this earlier than I would have done it myself, but I think the bottom bed was already made, so I didn't notice. Considering the price that people are paying for a hostel like this, I thought that the bed could have already been made. Maybe this is how they show that they are providing clean linen...
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, nice room, good price, clean facility. My whole experience was great
Cons: Nothing as of now
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Cozy and comfy hostel in a central location. Comfy lounge for relaxing. Good free breakfast with bagels, bread, cream cheese, peanut butter, jam and fruits. Decent wifi. Power and USB at the bed.
Cons: The locker cages under the beds were a bit cumbersome.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Bed was extra comfy and room large. Shower great and bathroom large too.
Cons: Some staff were not very welcoming but we gather some were new. Girls were better

6.3 Good
Pros: Over priced
Cons: Price was too expensive , there was no bottled water
5.8 Okay
Pros: Staff and location
Cons: Very expensive.. The sofa bed was very bad. The lobby was very small
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent, close to everything we wanted to do while in the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Green hotel things were excellent. Bathroom was large, very clean and we used all items sparingly including lighting. Better grade toilet paper would be nice.
Cons: White bedspread/comforter - felt like hospital and had to be so careful about sitting on or putting anything on the bed/ Didn't like the large mirror beside the bed - wake up to looking square in your morning face!!! There was no chair or other seating in the room so had to sit on bed and that isn't ideal. Only 1 luggage rack - another one would have been very helpful. The view is absolutely ugly, pipes, dirty, rusty tops of adjoining buildings.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: didn't eat at the hotel and had no room service so no commentary on the food. Restaurant seemed like it was struggling to draw patrons. Didn't use the fitness facilities, either. Staff was great and concierge (doubling as doorman) was helpful as were the front desk people and very friendly to talk to. Room was in a non-view/view of the systems location but I expected that as we were the last room available in it's class. Location is stellar, right next to the big Chinatown gate and a big walk nets a lot of scenery. Using your room key to turn on all the power in your room is a super-cool green innovation.
Cons: Room was small. I don't really like the "green" feature of no individual fans in bathrooms, both for odors and sound insulation.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was big, clean and with great amenities.
Cons: Our room shared a door with an adjoining room and unfortunately it was not completely soundproof.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the location right at the entrance to Chinatown. Minutes to Union Square. Easy walk to Embarcadero, Market St and Ballpark. Uber/Lift drivers were never more than 3 minutes away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Affordable (hint: book on their web site using your phone), the room and hotel overall was comfortable, modern, and clean. It's a half block from the dragons gate and lots of restaurants and stores. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was roomy with a large vanity. The TV has Chromecast and apps. There is a refrigerator in the room. There are chocolates on your pillow and a fantastic filtered water machine in the hallway of the floor. Kureg coffee machine in your room. Rooftop balcony with a view.
Cons: Nothing!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent, everything on your doorstep
Cons: This is s non smoking hotel and someone decided to smoke in their room at 01.30am so the fire alarm went off. Other than that the stay was great

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good place and reasonable price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff and location perfect.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location.
Cons: For starters the over all design of the hotel was mediocre meaning unless your room is right next to the elevator you had to walk around the entire hotel to get to your room. The hotel didn't offer a free parking it was $35 for one time parking or $72 for unlimited parking. No complimentary breakfast, it's an additional $35 per person. They don't have a pool either. The decor was tasteless and the staff was just bland and unwelcoming. One complaint from us we called the front desk for a roll out bed without any success at 7pm then again at 11pm and we finally recieved the bed at 2am very unprofessional.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything is fine
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great, the staff the location the room the view I looooved it a lot!!!!!must stay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location's proximity to BART. Our room was quiet and spotless!
Cons: The bar closed at 11:00 on a Friday, as well as their snack bar. Unless you want to pay a fortune to valet park, parking was restrictive in the public lot nearby.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: Outdated rooms. Just a very chain feel in a cool location. My room smelled too. Just very average.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff extremely helpful with area events and transportation.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I liked the gym
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Upper echelon hotel in san francisco amazing staff perfect rooms with beautiful balcony views perfect location all you could want nearby is within walking distance from the hotel.
Cons: How the breakfast in the regency club was less appealing and not properly rotated to better accommodate the amount of people who had access to the club. The breskfast buffet in the hotel atrium was by leaps and bounds better.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: They want to make me pay a fine for smoking when no one ever smoked in the room. The hotel also pictured outdoor parking but when you get there they only have underground paid parking lots
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was big and very clean. It had a big desk, so I was able to work. Bed was very comfortable. The personnel was nice and helpful. In the lobby there is enough and very comfortable space to sit down and spend some time. Location is great if you come by metro or BART. The food market in front of the sea is a great place to go out.
Cons: Everything was great
