The staff at Schiphol were awful! They were misinformed about what cards they can accept and when this was pointed out to them, they became rude and aggressive. When we asked for the name of the person serving us, he said he was not obliged.Reviewed 6 Nov 2022

Car was not available although I got a booking CONFIRMATION from Sixt/Kayak. When at the counter, the employee told me it is not a confirmation but merely and "agreement" that the customer can go to the counter. Car proposed was over 2x inital cost. I have NEVER ever had to pay extra when upgraded because the original class was not available and I travel a lot. Insurance was insane at 45 Euro/day. I ended booking with Avis, they had a car and honoured their quote. Not the first time I am having issue with Sixt and will try to stay away from them.Reviewed 13 Sep 2022

Good: The pickup and return process were fast. Car was pretty new and clean. Bad: i ordered BMW, and they gave me Huynday. Also, there were very small letters in my reservation that it includes only 3rd party insurance, but I, my family and the car are not covered.
