Pros:The staff were very friendly and the drop off was was also goodCons:The car was rubbish - I plugged my phone into the USB to use google maps and it continually crashed and kept reverting back to the existing nav system in the car. Then the USB went dead completely. The drivers window did not close properly and at speed made a noise. When closed it would open again and the same process repeat. I had requested a Golf but got instead a Ford focus...not ideal for German roads...I won't accept this again - I should have been more stern...Reviewed 18 Dec. 2020
