Confirmed, but no car.Pros:They helped call around to find another rental agency that had a car for us around the same price point. It didn't work though because their age policy was different.Cons:There was no car. We went to pick it up and they hadn't received our request and didn't even have the caright we reserved.Reviewed 6 Mar. 2017
