We had to wait 20 minutes for collection but we were a little early and they didn’t open until 7am. Overall collection was straight forward, nice new cars with very little damage. Handing the car back was a simple and straight forward process. Will use again in future.Reviewed 13 Sep. 2022

Pick-up is in a hotel. Shuttle bus takes you two floors down. Then you have to take an elevator up (with all luggage). Long wait (45 minutes). Elevator down to collect the car. Everything together roughly 90 minutes.Reviewed 11 Sep. 2022

Pros:The staff was very friendly and the service to the airport very efficient.Cons:I believe the class of car was slightly misrepresented. I asked for a mid sized luxury and was presented with a Mini Cooper - not big enough for 3 of us and our luggage. I was upsold for a bigger BMW, and total cost was nearly 100% higher than the quoted price. (I did add a driver to the total). Pros:Pickup was awful. Had to argue to receive the class of car we had paid for. They were trying to downgrade rather than upgrade us when they did not have the exact type of car available that we had paid for. After arguing, magically, the exact car we had paid for appeared, ready to go!Cons:SIXT has absolutely no signage to direct you to their rental car return at Heathrow. Originally we were booked in to return our car directly at Terminal 5, where I knew we could take the train to Terminal 2. Good car, bad locationPros:The car, employees, service and experience of renting from Sixt were all good; however, returning the car was a nightmare. Somehow Sixt does not have an address that can be found on GPS. The directions from our hotel were convoluted and confusing for someone not familiar with the Heathrow area.
