Cons: First of all, the place was underneath a park, in a metro station, which is not a problem for it self, but it didn't say it in the mail, and the link for navigation via google maps just dropped us in the middle of the park ( (I guess above the actual place) . It took us forever to find the place. Then the lady at the desk knew very little English and it was hard to communicate. When I booked the car I also bought the "full coverage" insurance for 8 euros. When I got there I was told it was only basic and I need to add another 25 euros for the "really full coverage", which was almost half the rental price. If I had known that in advance I would not have taken this car, and I bet this is way it is done in that manner.

Pros: Easy to get to. Friendly staf
Cons: I rented a Smart Fortwo, the car was new and clean, but the car it self is not a very good car to drive, it doesn't handle very well and is uncomfortable at speeds +70 km. This is not Sitx fault they did a very good job, Mercedes just build a bad car

Cons: I received two emails directly from Sixt, one was telling they were refunding my 500 euro they have to hold during the renting... still pending on my credit card though. Next I received the invoice from them just with not the same price I booked on your web site. Euro 61.37 nstead of Euro 58.56 It was for one day so no big deal but if I had used the car for more day it would be definetely something to go over. Regards.
