Staff in Roma was very helpful when we needed to exchange cars. However, the staff in Venice tried to tell us that wheel scratches were our fault when the attendant in Rome never pointed them out to us, made a record of them or allowed us to document them, as the garage was dark and Cara were parked too close to notice. Venice attendant insisted it was our fault - It was not - based on a lack of evidence made in Rome, so now I have a dispute, it seems.Reviewed 7 Aug. 2023

The vehicle was disgusting. The vehicle seats were soaking wet, severely stained, there was a lot of exterior damage, the air conditioner did not always cool the car, the rear drivers side window was broken and would not open, the car was dirty and smelled. We waited a very long time to be served, then for the car, and then when we complained about the wet seats, damage, broken window, smell, etc we were given garbage bags and hotel pillowcases to sit on that looked used and were told there was nothing else they can do. We had no choice but to take this disgusting vehicle to move on with our trip.Reviewed 13 Jul. 2023

Pick-up was excellent. Vehicle was excellent. No problems on the road. Drop-off at Munich airport was poorly organized. No confirmation that vehicle was returned in good condition was provided by on-site personnel. I have some questions about my bill that have yet to be answered. Cost of vehicle in invoice is different from VISA charge (more than invoice).Reviewed 30 Jun. 2023
