Sixt seems challenged with the "left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing." phenomenon. This came up first when a previous reservation and related messages kept popping up, and later when I was given conflicting information about paying a traffic fine. This resulted in piles of paperwork on both sides, confusing communication, and a great deal of frustration for everyone concerned.
