Pros: Due to its handy location for me I always try to stay here as a first choice but "only if I can get it booked at the right price.t". The staff are great and attentive As I've always found them to be. Buffet breakfast is good also. The roms I stay in are nothing much to brag about, a bit on the smallish side for me. If it's a four star hotel I'd have to say the rooms are only three star. Security in this hotel is good also. it's great and handy for the Airport Shuttle to pick you up on the way to the airport. Matter of fact, this hotel is a favorite for a lot of airline crews. Probably because of that.
Cons: Room sizes are a bit small for my liking but hey, this is Sydney where it's hard to find a decent hotel room nowadays for under $200 a night. In comparison to what else is on offer, the Holiday Inn Potts Point is a good hotel in a good location.

Pros: It was convenient location to access everything you need within walking distance.
Cons: The room was so tiny that when you open the door to the room the door hits the bed! Including the bathroom and everything room is literally taken up mostly by the bed. No room ro maneuver around with luggage to put stuff away, not to mention no drawers or closet. Just a few hangers over a rod next to the TV. It stunk from cigarettes and weed because I got second hand high from the people smoking outside the room which smoke came in my room and made all my stuff smell from cigarettes and marijuana. The noise upstairs was annoying for all the nights I stayed there.
