The car was dirty (but the manager was nice and gave me a credit). Also the headrests on the front seats were on backwards! Never seen that before! So I swapped them around. The Nissan Rogue was a great car to drive though, once I got past those issues. And the employees at Thrifty were great.Reviewed 5 Oct. 2022

When I picked up the car the cost was almost 2X what the online quote was. I checked the email confirmation and it matched the cost at the counter, shame on me for not reading the email. Feels like bait and switch but the cost matched the emailed confirmation.Reviewed 23 Aug. 2021

Pros:The initial car i got was great and a comfortable ride. Was looking forward to the road trip.Cons:The car was great but the brakes shuttered when you applied them and the back tires of the care were almost bald. I had to get another car that was not so great in terms of the comfort of the ride but at least the tires had tread on them.Reviewed 22 Jun. 2020

Pros:Got upgraded to larger vehicle for free.Cons:# of staff available at check in and new hire staff member with little knowledge left alone to process customers arriving at lot. Had to call supervisor for nearly every detail. Inadequate training to be left alone.Reviewed 18 Dec. 2019
