Pros:Car was clean and relatively new.Cons:Car had no gas in it when picked up. (Red light on). One of the wheels didn’t have air pressure with pressure notification light on at pick up. No credit was given when car was returned with Kore than half tank more at return. Credit card info was stolen from the system by someone who was trying to charge the card for other purposes.Reviewed 25 Feb. 2021

Pros:The car did sit all of the people that we had in our party, but, we were not informed that you cannot have anyone under the age of 12 sitting in the front middle seat.Cons:When we arrived, they did not have our car available, even though we had a reservation. Our plane was delayed and their response was well you were not here at the time of the reservation. We had to wait an hour for a vehicle and nobody explained the huge price increase for insurance coverage until we were picking up the car.Reviewed 9 Jan. 2019

A very used car at a high pricePros:Pickup and drop off were easy. Car fit our group. Decent gas mileage.Cons:Car was very beat up. Tires were bald. Had a blowout on one and since we were outside of DF we had to buy a used tire and pay for the replacement. Radio volume didn’t work. Springs poking through the seats due to wear. Ended up paying $125/day USD with insurance. Wouldn’t have minded the cost if it was a well maintained or newer vehicle.Reviewed 5 Nov. 2018

Hidden insurance that they forced us to buy and said was mandatoryPros:NothingCons:Thought we were getting a great deal. But they forced use to pay a very expensive third party insurance that my credit card insurance or personal auto insurance would not cover. Ended up costing me an arm and a leg. I reserved a medium car like a Jetta. When I got tPros:Great service for the people in the office in Mexico, they were awesome and did their bestCons:I had to go back next day to switch it for a jetta, which they said it was more expensive, so I had to pay more. I got a car with 70,000 kms that used to vibrate when I drive more than 110 km/hr. It was an old car. And the fact that I ended up paying MORE for my reservation is never nice.Reviewed 17 Mar. 2017

Pros:scratchesCons:In the web never said anything about additional insurance, car they gave had no brakes, gave us another one it was worse they never checked the car, i had to point out lots of dents and scratches ciggarette burns loose bumper, but in the return they even had a flash light to check the smallest scratches.
