Scheduled a pick up for 9 am. We called at 8 am to ensure our car was ready; they said it was. We arrived only to have them let us know that they were sold out and had been sold out since 6 am and we were lied to. We were told that we had to wait two and a half hours if not more. It wasn’t until we waited in a line of 20+ people to speak to the clerk that told us we could leave earlier if we took an E.V. The customer service at hertz was horrible and thrifty was better.Reviewed 25 Dec. 2023

Pros:The clean Hertz counter and the friendly attendantCons:I rented AN AMERICAN CAR!!! When I got there, all they had was a CRAPPY Korean car ( 2 of them) and no AMERICAN car. You should be ashamed of being in AMERICA and not stocking American cars. Why buy foreign cars and help their economy. REALLY SUCKS!!!!!!!Reviewed 10 May 2021
