The process and car selection was excellent in West Palm Beach, and the Toyota Highlander that I received was terrific for my extended journey and packing requirements. Pros:Staff was very friendly & car was very clean.Cons:Booked a drop off for 4am, when I arrived I was told they don’t open until 5am and do not have any after hours drop off. Had to drop off the car a day earlier, get a ride back to our condo and then a ride to the airport the next morning Extremely inconvenient!! Never would have booked if I knew I couldn’t drop off at 4am! Update Covid hours on kayak so people are aware please!Reviewed 1 Jan. 2021
