The front desk staffs got my rooms all mixed up. I went to the counter to request to fix for number of nights for each room (total 3). They said all fixed after several phone calls, counter visits and now still overcharged number of nights. They said accounting office will fix this, now it has been over 5 days and nothing done right.

Pros: location, airport shuttle, comfy beds, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff Cons: WiFi is NOT free! Really?!? Are we in 90-s?!?! Shower is designed in a way that the water is leaking to the floor. IMO $44 parking fee for guests is way too much

You make it more expensive with parking fees are so high. You should give a discount to your CLIENTS. You should work on this because to pay same as rental car just for parking is not good for tourism industry.

Pros (+) The pillows were SUPER comfy, however they still didn’t drown out the sound of planes taking off every 15 min starting at 6 am.
Cons (-) I was so excited to arrive to the hotel because it’s reputation of excellence, quality, good customer service, high-class, and cleanliness precedes them. I was truly let down by my experience here. When we got to our first room it reeked of cigarette smoke and the bed looked like Goldilocks had been testing whether or not it was “just right” for sleeping in...we asked to change rooms.
