I have been 3 times in this hotel and this last time was my worst experience. We had toilet leaking its after 3 times than finally they were able to fix it , so during 2 nights we sleeping with the noise of the water leaking. We also have been over charged for the self parking , we use the facility for 1 night and on the end we have been charged for 5 nights. It’s a nice hotel but a better staff w...

Check in at the front desk was great, and the room was beautiful. We ate dinner at the briso bar, we had trouble getting a bartender‘s attention. As we interacted with him we discovered he was drunk and speaking very loud loudly. We asked about an item on the menu, and he said he didn’t know anything about the menu and hadn’t ever eaten anything off of it. He told us that he hated the cocktail cou...

Cons (-) Called to verify park ride rate. Got to hotel quoted diff rate. Told them I wouldn’t have stayed. Could have stayed sister prop with a wk pkg.
Pros (+) Our was so nice and more spacious than we expected. Will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit LA
