Service standards are really poor - snooty staff
Pros: "Some crew members are not helpful with simple requests, not even an update about the request from multiple employees. Used to consider Emirates the best in hospitality. Food was awful on some parts of the journey."
Cons: "I wish the 777 had slightly wider seats like the A380"

Cons: "We stayed a long time in plane before take offf... Although I am a petit size snd was uncomfortable with my chair..They missed my meal.. I waited and wSited and nothing came up.. when i askef the crew, they said they served it alreafy without me noticing it, without any other explanation..or appology.. and it was too late to get me one.. It took time yo receive our bags as well it was mire than thd average waiting time."

Cons: "Was supposed to be a A380 but they changed the flight to 777. I only flew with Emirates to be in the more spacious A380 otherwise I’d have chosen another carrier at better price. I also paid to choose seat which naturally didn’t apply any longer and was put at very back of plane so that money was wasted. They could have at least advised but the attitude was blaze and not willing to even speak to me."

Cons: "I was specifically asked for the vegetarian food n mentioned that I am highly allergic to the eggs....in spite of that no vegetarian food was served till I asked the staff about my food...i was told that there is no vegetarian food for me....n at last I was served with very basic food .....not at all good...i could not eat that n stayed hungry n could not even sleep due to headache n acidity This FOOD experience was extremely Disappointing"
Cons: "Didn’t get to pick out seats and got stuck in a middle seat. No opportunity to change, even though I tried to do so a week before the flight as welll as once online check in opened."

Cons: "Economy service sucked . No attendants even after pressing buzzer 5 times in an hour . Had to go get the service on own . Few hostess were unfriendly. Most of the times the nonveg meals were over . This is not the first time . Every time they complain things in Menu are over . I am stuck to fly this airlines for mileage"

Cons: "Emirates of a few years ago was more comfortable and the rewards scheme was more generous. I hope they can think about giving Uae residents a fairer shake as we seem to pay a lot more for flights. Silver members used to get access to lounges but not anymore?? Taking things away feels worse than if we never had it before. Abu Dhabi Doha and Sharjah are all near and cheaper to dxb and it’s tempting to switch as they offer a comprable service. Also dxb is overcrowded itd a long taxi and walk depending on your gate."

And so kids had excellent time during the 14 hour journey. The crew were very sweet to all the kids. Very patient and fullied there numerous requests."

Cons: "For a 14 hour flight there are no water bottles provided. You need more than the couple of cups of water provided on the flight, and it is not practical to keep on asking for more water from the crew. Quality of food (Asian veg) was not very good."

They only served water once which isthe #1 thing you should keep offering on a long flight like mine. I also didn't appreciate overhearing staff gossiping about other passengers."

Cons: "We fid not enjoy the close proximity of several screaming children who insisted in screaming at all hoyrs, making sleep impossible. What was concerning was the reluctance of the staff to intervene. Most disappointing as we did not have any sleep at all overnight."
