Nobody care my priority 30 min waiting then I use restroom. Disappointed Los Angeles to Istanbul uncomfortable journey"

Pros: "The food and the staff are excellent. 90% of the time I can get an exit row seat as I am 6 foot 2. I fly Turkish airlines frequently. This time the plane was full, so I understand that it was not possible."
Cons: "A passenger and his wife were not seated together, so the passenger wanted to stand in the isle and talk to his wife over the top of me for significant portions of the fight. In a full flight keeping passengers out of the isle os key. I know this was a difficult flight for the crew."

Was an elite airlines, with the flight attendants dress perfect.. it made me feel like I was flying first class...with this being my first time using Turkish airlines I actually will use them over the American Airlines; just because the way I was treated and how quickly someone was willing to assist anyone.... I say you are the best!"

So, in the future (yes I plan on flying through Turkish Airlines exclusively for international travel), I will book my flightts with a larger "gap" between flights! Otherwise....Turkish Airlines is PERFECTO!☺"

Cons: "I approached the Transfer Desk when there was no line and asked the person working if it was possible to switch to an exit row seat because of my height. The man helping me lied to my face and told me that he could not make the change because the flight was full. when I got on the plane, there were over two dozen empty seats. It was very clear that he just did not want to invest the few seconds it would take to address my concern, or give me a credible reason why he could not make the change."

Pros: "The Lounge is the hands down best lounge on the planet. Service on the plane is great, the entertainment options are better than most (including live tv)."

Cons: "Well our flight wasn't until 4:30 am and we couldn't go into the airport until 1am. So we were sitting outside in the heat for 8 hours until they would let us in."
