Pros: average flight

Cons: I went to bathroom at beginning of flight. No soap or sanitizer. I asked attendant. With complete lack of interest she agreed no soap and told me no sanitizer! So she knew at beginning of flight! How are they !!going to bathroom and serving us without washing their hands!!? I rated food as poor as I would not accept any beverages or food from them. Gross!

Pros: Leg Room

Cons: They are very unorganized. Every flight I took on this trip was late. It was extremely stressful

Cons: update the gate info correctly and immediately. I was directed by app to go B5A but actually it is B5 gate in SEA-TAC

Cons: Not enough leg room. Flights are costly enough and it just seems wrong to upcharge passengers for more legroom. Legroom should be standard outside of first /business class.

Pros: Delayed boarding but made up for lost time in the air

Pros: Crew and entertainment options were great. Aircraft was new. Boarding was smooth. On time even though we left 30 min late.

Cons: The internet was hard to connect to and the gogo options aren’t totally clear.

Cons: A delay of 28hrs is never positive. I haven’t been able to get my United points either since I was rerouted to SFO. When claiming them the system says that I never boarded the flight to EWR and completely ignore the YYZ - SFO flight. Mediocre overall.

Pros: I got to watch movie BC of direct Tv. Seats were roomy enough.

Cons: Better choices for purchased snacks.

Pros: Everything was on time and ran smoothly. The seats seem to have more room than most airlines. They were generous with drinks and snacks
