Crew was so kind, flight was easy, thank you so much for everything
Flight was on time departure & arrival. Staff was efficient & attentive. Food was better than normal. Wish they had some sort of entertainment screens loke Delta. I would fly Alaska again though.
Impressed that Alaska Air(for our domestic flight) transferred our checked bags to EVA (for our international flights) so that we didn't have to handle them, & we just picked them up at our final destination.
The plane was old so the seats were very worn out. The seats were hard, uncomfortable, and caused me actual pain. The lights were too bright. The flight itself was fine.
The man next to us had a medical emergency a the flight attendants really stepped up and quickly helped turn a bad situation into one with a great outcome. Brandon, Ranger , and Jose all did wonderful jobs gathering all the medical field passengers on the plane to help (a my husband) and they helped revive the unresponsive patient within a few minutes with juice and oxygen. It was a great example of community and teamwork and I’m so impressed with the staff.
I had a horrible and traumatic bullying experience the last time I flew ( frontier). I was incredibly anxious about these flights. However, it was so relaxed, organized and the crew was efficient and polite. It was so refreshing and relaxing.
Didn't care for the crowding at the gate area at SEA TAC. Not a fault of the airline.
Flight was delayed and hour due to tire issue. First flight of the day, this issue should have been discovered prior to boarding.
Pretzels are awful. Empty calories. There’s gotta be something else.

Boarding was confusing. Why are families so special that they get to board first? They and their stupid kids take up all the space in the overhead compartments. Then I get stuck having to gate check a bag when I've gone to a lot of trouble to pack efficiently to AVOID checking luggage.
A second drink service on a 6 hour flight would have been helpful.
Plenty of overhead compartment room. The seat choice option is horrendous as best.
Very nice experience. The boarding however seemed somewhat mixed up, and we were delayed taking off.
Absolutely terrible experience. Kayak issued tickets had errors and Hawaiian/Alaska would do nothing to help. Ended up buying a new flight and had to forfeit these tickets. I will never again do business with Kayak, Hawaiian or Alaska.
Hawaiian was amazing. no more bookinks with third party companies (Kayak)
Three issues: (1) There's NO outlet to charge the LT. (2) There was no alternative food for people who don't eat pork, so I didn't eat. (3) Got TM for flight delay to 15:15 instead of 14:35. so I took it easy. Next, I realized that the people are boarding on time, so I started running. Got there on time to realize that I am the last to board. Eventually, the flight left @ 15:15...
The flight attendants were outstanding. The best of any airline we have traveled. Very professional, efficient and attentive. The plane was cold. Actually freezing. Had to buy a blanket. I wish there had been access to wi-fi. The plane was clean and well kept. Bathrooms were outstanding. Thank you.
My flight was canceled minutes before boarding started. It took three hours to get rebooked and it was on another airline overnight with another stop added. All I got was two $15 food coupons.
Good airlines with free food. Please have some free vegeterian options too on flight.
