I liked that it didn't take 10 hours to drive here. Super short trip!
I had a horrible and traumatic bullying experience the last time I flew ( frontier). I was incredibly anxious about these flights. However, it was so relaxed, organized and the crew was efficient and polite. It was so refreshing and relaxing.
Wheelchair assistance was provided in Seattle and was very gratefully accepted. Thank you to the Alaska staff.
I payed for a window seat and was assigned the middle seat. The window seat just so happened to be open. Which made the ride alot more comfortable. I think I should get what I pay for without having to buy extra fight protection. If I pay for it first that should be the end of that seats history because it's now spoken for. That alone might make me think twice about using this again
We were flying 1st class for a special occasion. This was a Hawaiian airlines flight. It was exceptional. Very comfortable seats and space. Extremely attentive crew. Food was great for airline food. They provided tablets to watch and full headphones to listen. This was the best airline experience I have had in decades.
Since the flight was delayed, snacks and water were provided.
Didn't care for the crowding at the gate area at SEA TAC. Not a fault of the airline.
Loved the staff ease of flying snacks and free movies and WiFi
you could have gotten me there on the day I was supposed to be there, not a day later. Paid for 3 nights at a VRBO and got to spend only 2 nights there.
Flight crew and gate staff were very polite and professional. They were very helpful and made my trip smooth and trouble free
I could not use my Hawaiian airlines confirmation number to check in. I figured out on my own that I had to use Alaska airlines confirmation number to check in on the Alaska airlines site. I called Hawaiian airlines and they told me that they could not help me.
Alaska Airlines crew had the empty two people seats but they lied to us and said they can adjust us , so we have to seat apart

Our flight was delayed, which I know things can happen. The bathrooms were dirty and a mess. It took over an hour to get our bags after the plane landed. Every flight was on the same 2 baggage claims. You would thing if we spent over 5 hours on a flight we would get more then a tiny bag of pretzels. The movie and tv choices were mid.
The flight was great! The flight attendants were friendly and attentive. I would definitely fly Hawaiian Aurlines again!
You have to buy the ear buds and they only offers little cup of water twice.
Boarding area in Seattle was super busy and tight due to the layout.
The flight was very smooth and the landing was AMAZING! I have flight anxiety and it didnt peak once! :) Thank you to the pilots and crew!!
Boarding was confusing. Why are families so special that they get to board first? They and their stupid kids take up all the space in the overhead compartments. Then I get stuck having to gate check a bag when I've gone to a lot of trouble to pack efficiently to AVOID checking luggage.
Pillows and blankets were nice since it was an overnight flight, but the seats should be larger and there should be more space between rows so we have more leg room.
