Went in with low expectations based on other reviews/the fact that this is a budget airline, but I was pleasantly surprised! Everything went smoothly, seats were comfortable, food was not bad for airplane food, and of course the price of the flight was fantastic. The only real negatives I can think of are that the plane is a bit on the older side (think 2012-ish era planes, not a huge deal), wifi is a bit expensive, and the movie catalog is mediocre. But that is to be expected on a budget airline (I was honestly surprised they had free movies). I would definitely fly again.
No organization when it came to checking in and boarding. If you have diet restrictions make sure to plan ahead.
Business class is great. New airplane, very comfortable, better than some of the major airlines I am used to
I had back trouble prior to my flight and everyone was great about helping me.
The boarding and flight were ok, but there were several painful issues. The flight was 3:20 in the air and almost four hours door to door, but they only had snack packs on the plane. They really need to have food on longer flights or make it clear to everyone that they won’t have food. They also advertise free WiFi, but it did not work for 90% of this flight. Again, almost four hours door to door. If I had known I was flying spirit for JetBlue prices then I would have planned differently.
After we landed, we were held on the plane for 30 minutes. There was no one at the gate once we landed and we forced to sit on a plan that had already over an hour delayed.
Flawless trip. Pilot came out and introduced himself, welcomed everyone, made a light joke to put everyone at ease. Arrived quite early.
The new seats JetBlue uses angle downwards, so the entire flight you are sliding forward out of your own seat. These seats suck!
Drinks and snacks provided. TV had a lot of entertainment options. Plane was fairly comfortable. Staff was less than pleasant.
For some reason, the seats on this flight seemed unusually uncomfortable. Speaking with friends who took another JetBlue flight later in the day, they brought up the same issue.
The seat was visibly dirty, had not been cleaned. I used my own wipes and they were dark after wiping down the chair and tray table.
The process of buying the ticket and navigating all the hidden charges that Frontier throws at you was a terrible experience. The actual airport experience and flying was fine.
I paid for extra leg room. The flimsy plastic seat underneath the floatation seat did not line up with the arm rests. It seemed as if the plastic part was zip tied on but immovable. This caused severe uncomfortable for the duration of the flight.
I liked getting off the plane. Everything else was well below standards. Not even offering a bag of peanuts for free for a 4 hours flight is ridiculous.

Due to delay of our first flight, we almost missed the second flight. Workers were more agreeable, and baggage did not seem to be an issue.
Poor communication. Plane was available, but crew to fly. It was not so flight was delayed. Our flight was overbooked, so carry-on. Baggage was denied without proper notification before hand. Cost of bags to be checked is outrageous.
Seats are cramped and uncomfortable. You have to pay for everything and it is very expensive.
I was scheduled for heart Surgery. Frontier Airlines does not have live phone support everything is thru chat. During my chat I guess I was asking too many questions, and the rep disconnected our session with a "Thank you for choosing Frontier Airlines. I quickly responded for a second time that I was not finished, and he disconnected. All he was capable of was to copy and paste from a script and the website. Never again with the budget airlines. I'll pay one or two hundred dollars more to get better service and experience. Our Taxi driver told us we made a mistake with them He had a client that had his flight canceled 3x and he rented a car and drove back home. Many stories like this if you do a search online.
It's Frontier: low-frills but boarding first because I paid for a carry-on was an unexpected perk, and the fact that it was direct and fast makes up for the lack of amenities.
Worst experience . Flight got cancelled and all they said was next flight is in a week.. never again.
