Cons: "Entertainment only available for purchase with a tablet rental. Corners of the floor were a little dirty."

Cons: "We were delayed for several hours. I could’ve and should’ve driven to Toronto because I would’ve made it there a lot quicker. The crew members were rude and clearly unhappy to be working. None of them were accommodating. It was a very unpleasant way to start my trip."

Pros: "Friendly, attentive staff. Good service. My toddler, husband and I boarded first because of our child, so we had plenty of time to get comfy on the plane. The flight attendants served sufficient drinks and snacks for the 1 hour flight."
Cons: "Flight was delayed two hours so my toddler and I had significantly longer to wait, which is not too fun. However, I understand this is unavoidable sometimes."

Cons: "This was a terrible flight. We were delayed and rerouted to Toronto but not given enough information. We spent an average for an hour waiting for take off each time."

Cons: "Could not use airline websites to select seats due to using a third party agent like kayak. Had to call both Alaska Air and Air Canada before I could secure seats."

Pros: "One of the crewmembers (regrettably, I did not catch his name) was incredibly kind when I moved seats to accommodate a couple that wanted to sit together. He really made this flight great."
Cons: "Seats were comfortable but the row I moved to did not allow me to recline."

Cons: "The way I was treated upon my landing in Toronto. When I missed my flight I had to stay at the airport from 10:30pm until 9:30am and there was nothing offered. No place to sleep or any compensation for food. I spoke with others that had food vouchers and others got toiletries. I'm not impressed."

Cons: "Every flight was late. If we didn't have long layovers between flights we would have had problems"

Cons: "The lady helping us through the Toronto airport between flights made my wife cry. We had to stop to go to the restroom on the way to our gate, and the lady complained when I waited to go in after my wife came out. I told her I was going to do that, but she was apparently pre-occupied when I told her, because she was looking right at me when I said it. I then told her that I had let her know that was my plan, but she denied it, then told my wife she was just one of a hundred people. This left my wife in tears. This was a stain on an otherwise good flying experience, but it' tarnished the whole."

Cons: "I could not travel due to the fact that Im pregnant and it is of really high risk and the airline did not help me. I lost my money and could not even get a credit to travel later."

Cons: "They changed our chosen seats so we had to sit in the middle. No complimentary food or snacks served on a 5 hour flight. It would have been good to know that ahead of time so we could have brought something to eat for lunch."

Cons: "They wouldn't let us upgrade even though there is tons of empty seats in first class, and the flight crew wouldn't even make eye contact or answer call lights the entire flight! Was one of my worst experiences with Air Canada."

Cons: "One attendant walked by offering water - nice that they offered water in the middle of the flight. But she didn't even give customers the chance to raise their hands bec she walked by so fast saying "water, water, water." I wasn't even dozing off and I couldn't catch her and I was sitting by the aisle. Dirty bathrooms with doors that don't lock - not just one particular stall but more than one stall."

Pros: "Food was not included in a 5 1/2 hour flight. Which it should be."

Pros: "Th flight attendants were nice. The entertainment system was working and the movies were good."

Cons: "Where to start? How about, the planes are so old and so poorly maintained that our plane was almost three hours late taking off while they fixed something. At least two other flights from Dublin to Toronto took off around us, but we were never offered to be switched over to other planes so we could make our connecting flights. As a result, a plane full of angry people hassled by a serious lack of customer service focus landed in Toronto and had to, AGAIN, get in a huge line to be processed with all of the missed flights. They knew we were coming--WHY weren't there more preparations made for a much smoother transition?? I hate Air Canada and will never again knowingly book that airline. They need to change out the entire fleet of old, crappy, smelly, falling-apart planes."

Cons: "I never received an e-mail to check in, and by the time I remembered (morning of), this resulted in me not having a seat assigned on my ticket. This caused a lot of needless stress, though to Air Canada's credit, they got all those waiting for a seat assignment on board. On my return trip, I did receive an e-mail - luckily, as the flight was overbooked again."

Cons: "(The mini sandwiches were a little gross.) and I would've liked to have been able to dim the brightness of the screen more, especially when people were sleeping."

Cons: "The entertainment was non-existent unless you had an Apple device or paid the $10 to rent one for an hour or so. Really disappointing considering other Air Canada flights."

Cons: "Maple Leaf Lounge at Pearson airport was shabby. We expected a bit more than soup and gherkins, but that's all that was available, except for some dry nacho chips. No electrical outlets. Indifferent staff. Shame on Air Canada! We have visited airport lounges all over the world and this was by far the worst!"

Cons: "The wait for security into the terminal in Toronto was absolutely ridiculous. And then I realized they only had 2 doors out of the 5 open???? For over an hour and a half? I could have missed my flight had I not found someone who let me get in line with them. 20 people DID miss the flight. Absolutely ridiculous. When we asked security if we could be expedited they said we had to take it up with Air Canada. So here I am taking it up with you. And then when we finally DID get to Montreal, we were taken to the international terminal. How does that happen??? This delayed me even more, causing me and the entire plane to wait while they figured out what to do with us. Because of these mistakes and delays, I missed the final bus that would have taken me to my final destination. I had to spend 175 dollars on a hotel because I was stranded. I am a student. This is no small fee to pay. I would like to demand that I get at least that amount in reimbursement for this HUGE mistake."
