Cons: "I was flying with Air Canada. The UI for watching movies was not good, it had a hard time to respond to the inputs. It was also hard to move the videos forward to the part I needed. Plus, the audio wasn't working well with my own earphones."

Pros: "The flight was delayed by a couple hours, causing a missed connection in SFO. The United agents, both in PPT and SFO were greatly helpful in getting me rebooked and accommodated. A special shout out to the *captain* of this flight who helped sort me out, off the clock, after a long flight."

Ground crew were super helpful and got us on the next flight 30 mins later. Cabin crew were great and sorted us out with water and snacks before take off as could tell we were desperate after flying in from London via Houston."

My total flight time was 36 hours. I still can’t believe that the pilot was missing. Worse yet, the agent at the gate could have made things much easier instead of telling everyone that a pilot was on his way to the airport."

All coach seats will be terrible on a 12 hour flight...I had exit row "window"...no window, and the slide mechanism consumed all my leg room. But, I could get out, if I needed, and I could lean on the bulkhead. Most of the crew were fine, but some were a bit directive and one appeared to be going through the motions."

Cons: "From Gregory at the check in being rude and anything but welcoming, to seats in first class needing replaced, this was anything BUT a first class trip. This was my second time giving United a chance as I normally fly Delta. I don't think I'll make that mistake again. I understand a late night flight doesn't have a meal service, but snacks of chips and bananas is not my idea of how you should serve Firat Class passengers. I would have a hard time recommending anyone choose United as their airline. Time for an upgrade of not just the seats, but overall customer service."
