Hitch hike, it's more dependable than that trash airline"

Food was excellent, entertainment system was well stocked, flight attendants were friendly and high energy. Even got to use lounge and fast-track security lane at Heathrow."

Cons: "Why have automated checkin and then still have to wait in massively long line to drop off your luggage. Do it like Jet Blue or Virgin or any of the other airlines.......you show up, auto check in, bag tags, separate line for smart efficient people to drop off their bags and get on with it. Its just so inefficient and puts a complete damper on the trip......maybe curbside checkin also."

Cons: "It was a red eye so I tried to sleep but it was cold in the plane and they had run out of free blankets. They still had other blankets but they cost $17. We were offered water once on an 8 hour flight. The plane was not equipped with TV monitors.."

Cons: "The place was delayed for over an hour for a 'maintenance issue' - what I dislike is lack of information being shared from the plane to people at the gate. Also when we are delayed for the airlines fault - customers should be given something - anything - a small voucher, or even a drink ect., this is not a weather issue. I think airlines have too much power making most terrible at customer service - air Canada is one of the worst ones."

Cons: "At 2 hours into the flight I was most of the way through a movie. The crew then announced that some passengers were unable to view the entertainment system so they were resetting the entire system. Crew said passengers would be able to resume watching entertainment at the point they left off. Needless to say this was not the case. The entertainment system never got reset properly and did not function for the rest of the 4+ hour flight."

Cons: "1. These days, I have come to expect a complimentary in-flight entertainment system on international flights. This flight had nothing whatsoever. This is ok, but the customer should be warned when making the flight reservation so they can choose whether to bring an ipad along. 2. Food and service were not as good as a recent Air Canada return trip from Roma to Vancouver which had a first rate crew, food, and complimentary beer. 3. The plane was much older than the recent return trip I had and the air was much more dry."

Arrived early for the flight at 6am in the morning and was told it wasn't going until 2.40pm that afternoon because of a maintenance issue. Was not notified, air canada said it was a non refundable ticket and I missed my meeting. Terrible service and they were not flexible at all. Only bought this new ticket because my existing ticket was not able to get me to my meeting on time, so it was a complete waste of money"

Cons: "The system at the Toronto Pearson airport is loco--crazy design, have to move from one line to the other, no idea where to go. The system is so disorganized that you have to keep asking employees what to do and it seems to change as you go from one line to the other. It's not hard to design good lineups. Have good sineage in many places and have one line for one purpose, not many lines in different places for the same purpose that change with the whims of the staff. I'll be attempting to fly with other airlines next time as this airport system is just too much."

Everything she said in French was unintelligible- very offensive (and disturbing) for Francophone passengers such as myself. And for a Canadian carrier- This shows no respect for our pluralism. When we book online and try to pick priority seating, then find out that the plane is so small that the 9th row means 9 out of 12 or something, this feels like a con. Especially when we pay extra. Stop making people pay for seats that don't get them any priority boarding (Zone 3!) and offer no real advantage."

Just the cheapest goop ever. -I understand it was a full flight with lots of Brazilians, so they didnt put much effort into it, but still, the least they should do is change their catering company."

That to me killed my overall experience for that flight considering that it's an 8 hour flight and that I needed to come back on that Monday. Less time do stuff for the weekend."

Cons: "In Osaka I was not able to get a boarding pass for this last leg. In SF United and Air China were both not able to give me a boarding pass because I was not listed in their system. I have no idea why. Very frustrating."

Pros: "There were extra seats due to few passengers. We were very timely in leaving and landing. The dinner was good. I had pasta with spinich and a red and white sause. Very tasty and hot. They came around with plenty of water. The ticket price was very reasonable."
Cons: "This flight was on United. So, there was no internet to purchase as the emails from Lufthansa claimed there would be. I woke up in the middle of the night and went to 3 open seats and laid across them. It was dark and I did not realize that I had moved to Economy Plus. The flight attendant told me that I should not have been there, that she could have charged me for the difference in the seat. Prior to this I felt pretty good about the flight. There was no reason for her to treat me that way. It was apparent that it was a mistake and not done purposely."

Even if I ran as if I were in a marathon I had no chance in making my flight. Please don't advertise such a tight trip for purchase. Spent 5 hours at the airport waiting for the next flight. Lovely..."

Cons: "As I was boarding my carry on was taken and stowed in checked baggage, when I moved toward my seat, I made a comment to my sister, that I didn't like this airline and the stewardess told me that I could get off! This was a private conversation number one and number 2 she could have asked if there was a problem, apologize and try to fix it. But Lorilies behavior was just rude! No wonder united is having passenger issues."

Pros: "I didn't not make to my flight on time because I didn't know I need yo check in a day ahead but luckily there was another flight leaving over an hour and a staff was able change the flight for me without charging a fee. that was very nice. My seat was on three roll seats and there was another person was same roll and we share other seat and strength our legs."

Cons: "No chocolate snack items, you have to buy a whole kit to get something chocolate and you don't know what it is. Long line packed in jetway to board. Slight maintenance delay but handled it quickly."

Cons: "It seems that United is always overbooked and does not have space for carry-on's (obligating you to place carry-on's with regular baggage)."

Cons: "First of the seats are awful. Paying for the upgrade is hardly worth it. I'm sure first class is nice but the standard and business are not. Secondly the entertainment is a joke. You have to pay for everything. Only one flight had the TV sets on the back of the seats. The rest were paying for wifi and using your device. I bought the wifi and then it wouldn't work. It was a big waste of $10.00. Thirdly while I know the airline can't do anything about the weather, but they should schedule their flights with more of a layover. I was stuck in the air due to a storm for an hour and my layover was only for an hour. Luckily I was able to make the flight as they were closing the door. All in all just a bad experience."

Flight was the most turbulent flight I have been on and I have flown 3 times every year since I was a kid. Food choices were awful. AC was broken. There was no wifi, tv or any choices for entertainment. Seats left me with back pain and neck pain."
