Good was very poor

Probably not the airlines fault but covid regulations for boarding and deboarding the plane were completely different. Not sure if covid boarded the plane mid-flight.

Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Crew amazing yes. Seat comfortable."
Cons: "None for now!"
Pros: "Somewhat"
Cons: "Food"
Pros: "The crew were all nice."
Cons: "Aircraft VERY aged--NO charging ports?! Entertainment screens tiny and old touch screen interface, slow to respond. Remote control on arm rest=accidental volume changes and such. Do NOT get the veggie pasta, it's terrible. Overhead bins do not hold large bags correctly."
Pros: "The flight was short and smooth"
Cons: "Will not fly this airline again. They charge less for online checkin and payment for checked bags than at the airport, except app didn’t allow payment so had to pay full price at ticket counter. Ticket agent wouldn’t do anything about it or answer any questions, horrible customer service."
Cons: "British Airways neither a budget airline nor a lux airline. Doesn’t know what it is."
Pros: "On time arrival"
Cons: "When the refreshment cart passed down the aisle, the attendants neither articulated clearly what was available, nor did they even slow down as they hurried down the aisle to allow passengers to request items."
Pros: "Fast boarding with group number priority"
Cons: "No complementary rescteshments. You had to pay and only pay by card."
Pros: "Everything went like clockwork. Great service and flight."
Cons: "Nothing to dislike."
Pros: "Safe flight"
Cons: "Just wanted a glass of coca cola."
Cons: "Left Washington two hours late. Left London on return 45 minutes late."
Pros: "There was so much food and entertainment options. The 11 hour flight went really quickly."
Cons: "I was overall happy with the experience."
Cons: "Flight was diverted for 4 hours due to thunderstorm in Toronto"
Pros: "Provided vouchers for being bumped"
Cons: "Airline over booked and we were the lucky couple to be bumped off due to their business decision to over book!! Not a nice way to end a vacation in the Outer Hebridies"
Pros: "The flight was delayed prior to leaving the gate, while lined up to take off and during the flight. All delays were promptly explained by members of the flight deck. The cabin crew were outstanding nothing seemed to be too much of a inconvenience to them."
Pros: "Nothing. Delayed. Waiting around a lot. No satisfactory explanation."
Cons: "Delays. Poor communication. Disappointment that you can now count on BA to be worse than just about all other airlines."
Pros: "They were very nice and honest"
Cons: "Nothing at all"
Pros: "Plenty food. Very well looked after by the crew. Lots of good movies."
Cons: "Some of the screens had a scratches on them."
Pros: "Food and service great"
Pros: "British Airways has definitely got their act together it was a brilliant flight and the service was excellent it was a pleasure to see."
Pros: "food was excellent ... service is always top notch"
Pros: "Mediocre experience on the ground; much better in the air -- competent, pleasant cabin crew."
Cons: "It seems amazing to me that BA will leave 50 First and Business Class passengers standing in line while they pre-board "families with young children". Some of the families had children who were 7 or 8 years old and certainly had no need for pre-boarding; its just an opportunistic way of jumping the queue. Similarly, some of the "elderly" passengers who claim to need pre-boarding on departure spring to their feet and dash down the aisle on arrival. Air Canada boards Business Class first on this same route; I'm going to migrate back to them, as virtually everything else on the two flights is comparable."
Pros: "Only wish they would've put me on the direct flight"
Cons: "The transfer was a pain. Signage at Toronto Airport is non existent. I had to stop and ask people which way to go 3 times"
Cons: "No WIFI"
Pros: "Food, Movies Staff Treatment Aircraft: B787...quiet, new and clean Heathrow Terminal 5"
Pros: "My original flight to Bologna was cancelled and was rebooked on a flight after 12 hours! The only good was that the rebooked flight took off on time"
Cons: "Flight was chaotic! No room for hand luggage. When they sell hand luggage only tickets then why not provide the space!! Banged up old aircrafts. The food selection from their “M&S” menu was limited, had nothing veg on board"
Pros: "Staff are friendly, accomodating for an unaccompanied child with me, upgraded me and helped to support the extra baggage needs"
Cons: "Old, dirty planes with bad enterainment systems and mediocre food and drink offerings. With the price of a ticket more than Emirates, KLM and other airlines, always really suprised the overall crappy hardware, infrastructure on planes etc. When can we get a decent plane to fly the long haul flights. And an actual entertainment system like to competitors?"
Pros: "Very good Premium Economy service. Comfortable seats and good food."
Cons: "Noise (crying babies) from the Economy section. Delay in departure."
Cons: "Please include a complimentary tea and/or snack."
Cons: "A lot of flights park away from the terminal and you board a bus to get to/from the plane. No power outlets at seats."
Cons: "Couldn't take the flight because I was not allowed to check a bag. No mention of this was made when I booked."
Pros: "Good documentary films to choose from to pass time."
Pros: "The seats were comfortable and roomy."
Pros: "Nothing. British Airways refused to help us"
Cons: "Took over two hours on the phone to try and get rebooked. Missed the last flight out of the night due to incompetence. British Airways desk check in staff was so rude, wouldn't even talk to us. Thank goodness for the helpful Air Canada grind crew in Toronto."
Pros: "Organized boarding process."
Cons: "I couldn't quite understand if the beverages were free and if they weren't, that seems unfair. Also, even though it was a short flight, a little entertainment/distraction is always appreciated."
Pros: "Flew with partner Aer Lingus. Extremely comfortable, good food, good entertainment, great crew."
Pros: "London to Seattle: decent boarding experience; terrible crew (except the very nice guy)."
Cons: "London to Seattle: I was traveling with young kids, and whenever I asked for something- even as simple as ginger ale - they made it seem like I was bothering them. Also, the toilet ran out of toilet paper."
Pros: "The crew was very nice and welcoming."
Cons: "The seats are not comfortable at all. Spaces are too tight."
Pros: "great service - flight was smooth takeoff and landing"
Pros: "My screen worked and there was a good selection of movies. I also had a window seat which was great. Any seat except the middle, is always great."
Cons: "No vegetarian options."
Pros: "Timely"
Cons: "The seats are too comfortable"
Pros: "Very old 777 that was also dirty. Food was lousey. BA has turned into a low budget airline"
Pros: "Fabulous experience on every level"
Cons: "I don't get no dinner on the flight from Miami to London Heathrow and I felt faint from hunger on board. When I complain to one of the flight crew ,we one hour and forty five minutes left to land, she gave me a pretzel bunch and a cup of tea."
Pros: "That you could watch movies and shows from the headrest, very helpful to pass the time. They fed us a lot (very salty) and were very nice."
Cons: "I was in the back in the cheap seats (row 50) with a friend, we are both small to regular size and the guy seated in the aisle seat was very small and it was still difficult to get up and around each other to use the restroom. Oh well I paid $462 for round trip and arrived safely, that's what matters most."
Pros: "I got upgraded which was a huge bonus and the staff were great and attentive."
Pros: "I liked all of the entertainment options and the food was quite good for an airplane. I also liked that I had a free seat next to me for more room."
Cons: "There's never enough legroom and I always wish there was a way to remove the headrest since it sometimes really bothers my neck since there are only so many ways it can bend. For taller people, it sometimes makes your head bend forward when you need to rest it back further."
Pros: "Food was ok - rest was terrible."
Cons: "Boarding was troublesome due to the fact the person made an error and changed my seat that I had already reserved. I noticed this while walking to the gate and then informed the person at the desk. After some time they determined the error happened at check in and she then returned me to the original booked seat. While in the flight, the lady behind me kept kicking my seat and complaining that I should not have the seat leaning back. Of course this is a fully acceptable function of flying in that the seat can be tilted back when not having food - the crew did not help at all and I was forced to fly the whole time with soon being rude behind me."
