Cons: "We requested for a chicken meal at dinner time but instead my husband and I was served the beef meal. I was very disappointed as firstly the way the beef was cooked tasted horrid. Secondly a mix up at the catering dept like labelling beef meal as chicken should never happen!"

Pros: "Outstanding service from the flight crew. The food was even good. The flight crew comes around constantly with drinks, food, and just extras and we were seated in economy. Plus, they acted like they were so happy to be able to serve us. What a great trip. Love Lufthansa!"

Cons: "Getting through security in Munich was a nightmare and I almost didn't make this flight. Luckily i had a friend that asked them to hold the plane but there seemed to be no communication that people from other flights were delayed getting to the gate. Very frustrating."

My wife has some physical challenges and received special treatment, in fact we were accorded priority in boarding as she had to temporarily use a wheel chair. Me and my daughter all enjoyed the privilege by association."

Finding out at the airport then being subjected to a mandatory payment process on my smartphone with zero help from Air Canada is just classless. And the crew almost appear delighted communicating the fact that failure to do this means I will not get on the plane. Like expensive plane tickets are bought on charity. I even tried to cancel the ticket and your agents, Calvin and a lady who did not have a badge gave me a card with a 1800 no. that was never answered."

Cons: "I never heard major announcements regarding the delay or the meal voucher (maybe not loud enough?). If they said it only once, they should've repeated it. It sounds stupid, but I waited for an hour at boarding before I realized the lineup is for meal vouchers and not the flight. Nobody approached or announced anything, I had to go and ask about changes and details."
