Pros: "The agents were all very helpful after we arrived to the airport very late. WE had to run to the gate with all or our bags and the gate agents allowed us to gate check two pieces of luggage even though we arrived only 10 minutes before boarding. Exceptional!"

Pros: "We never too this flight as Avianca cancelled our original flight. Your partner in Airfare.com was absolutely zero help in helping us resolve the issue. They told me I had to contact Avianca directly to resolve the matter. The only flights they had available were on different days."
Cons: "I am still trying to get a refund from the airline for a flight that they knew I was never going to take. I will never use any sort of third-party service for booking anything again. What is the point using it if it will be zero help when I did not cause the changes that occurred??"

I went to check in on my flight and found that my flight was canceled by the company used to make the flight reservation and neither the company or kayak ever notified me! On top of that I was still charged for the ticket!! I need a refund and I would like to request a refund of the other ticket I was forced to get in order to get into the plan to reach my destination!"

Cons: "My sister was not allowed to travel andI had to deplane with her. She had some wine in the VIP lounge and the crew decided they wiuld not take her ti Lima. She tried to appeal to the supervisor but it was imposible. She was not drunk. We believe that Avianca iverbookwd the flight and decide to use this as an excuse. Moreover, she has had bith knees operated in the last year and does mot move quickly and with difficulty. Any way, it was a disaster. Especially because we bought tge tickets whilw Avianca had its pilots in strike and we flew to Madrid on Iberua, because our origibal flight was cancelled."

Overall staff was very rude. Service was very poor and slow. Plus the seating is extremely uncomfortable no leg room no offer to up sell first class. Terrible flight company would never use again or recommend ever! Stay away there are plenty of other ways to get to Colombia. One positive is they did have a decent movie selection honestly that's the only thing. Other then that this company does not even deserve one star I will make sure to tell all my friends family and social media to never use this company"

Pros: "It was a basic flight. Their check in system was down so they had to hand write boarding passes and baggage tags. They were professional and patient even when a customer started cursing because his bags could not be checked all the way to his final destination due to the computer issues."

Cons: "The counters did not open until 10pm, only 2hrs B4 "the flight closed at 12 midnight), even though they say arrive 180 minutes early. The "SkyPriority" line was the slowest line. At the outset two agents weren't even helping guests. This was a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I had to pickup and recheck my bag and ended up waiting outside security for several hours because there was no where to drop the bag after passing immigration from my connecting flight. I suggest AM get another airline's baggage handler to recheck bags for early arriving customers so at least they can wait inside security where amenities abound."
